Chapter 41 Your Little Darling



She looked pitiful.

This struck a chord with Zhuang Wen, causing him a pang of pain.

But to his surprise, the pain didn't seem to be that bad; it was still bearable.

It's nothing like the excruciating pain I felt before.

He immediately understood.

He is letting go of this relationship and slowly forgetting the woman who accompanied him through many years of his youth.

"This is a good thing."

He spoke with a bitter expression.

But when he thought of what Xu Wu had told him, his heart turned cold instantly.

Tang Xin never loved him from beginning to end. No matter what he did, Tang Xin took it all for granted because their relationship was something she had given him out of charity.

"This has nothing to do with whether we are affectionate or not, but is based on one fact—we have no relationship whatsoever."

His expression was cold, as if he were facing a stranger, which made Tang Xin's heart ache terribly.

"I don't believe you can forget everything that happened between us so quickly..."

Tears began to well up in Tang Xin's eyes, and her eyeshadow was gradually ruined, but she didn't care at all.

"I've forgotten all those details!"

Zhuang Wen said coldly.

“Every morning you wait for me downstairs at my dorm to bring me breakfast, at noon you finish class early and wait for me in the hallway where I have class, and in the evening…”

Tears streamed down her face, yet she recounted one incident after another.

She hoped this would win back Zhuang Wen's heart.

But Zhuang Wen's next words shattered her psychological defenses.

"You remember every single detail, all the scenes of what I did for you, but how much of what you did for me do you remember?"
