"Could she be asleep?"
Zhuang Wen muttered something to himself, then carefully climbed out of bed and slowly approached the sofa.
When he got closer, he realized that Lu Ruxue was leaning against the sofa, her head bowed low, completely still... She had fallen asleep!
Looking at the peaceful and beautiful scene of Lu Ruxue sleeping, Zhuang Wen's lips twitched slightly.
How can you call this not sleepy?
He wanted to wake Lu Ruxue up so she could go back to her room to sleep.
But hearing Lu Ruxue's steady and quiet breathing, he felt a pang of pity.
"never mind."
He sighed inwardly, tiptoed forward, and after carefully examining Lu Ruxue, he reached out and put his arm around her slender waist and the back of her legs.
Lu Ruxue did not react at all.
Zhuang Wen slowly stood up and carefully let Lu Ruxue's head rest on his shoulder, her black hair cascading down to cover her fair face.
A few strands of hair drifted to Zhuang Wen's nose, tickling him and making him want to sneeze.
Fortunately, he suppressed his thought in time, otherwise he would have definitely woken up Lu Ruxue.
Zhuang Wen slowly moved his body and finally came to the bedside.
He gently put Lu Ruxue down and then covered her with a blanket.
Lu Ruxue did not wake up even after arriving here.
"You're the CEO, you're the boss, I'll go sleep on the sofa."
Zhuang Wen sighed to himself and snapped the bedside lamp off.
Then, the entire room went dark.
In the darkness, Lu Ruxue's pink lips slightly curved upwards.
