Four or five minutes later, the car arrived at the other side of Honghu Lake.
He didn't linger there; he opened the car door and pushed me out.
I fell to the ground and rolled twice. My shoulder wound was throbbing with pain, and my hands were still tied behind my back, making it difficult to stand up.
Moreover, what's most terrifying is that there are actually many monsters around here.
After hearing my screams, they turned around and began to howl incessantly.
Fear gripped my heart. Did that bastard Ludin really want to kill me?
I endured the excruciating pain in my shoulder and the weakness from the bleeding, struggling desperately to finally stand up. Just then, a monster pounced on me from behind. I could feel its hands gripping my head, and its roar echoed in my ears.
I turned my head and saw the monster with its mouth open, ready to bite me.

I bent my knees and knelt on the ground, then stood on my tiptoes and suddenly thrust my buttocks up!
The monster flipped over behind me and rolled down!

I lay on my side on the ground, panting heavily, blood flowing from my shoulder. I didn't have the strength to stand up.

This time I had no strength left to resist. I closed my eyes and could only wait to die.
The monster came up to me, and I could smell the stench emanating from it.

Suddenly, a gunshot rang out from afar.
The monster in front of me suddenly stopped moving. When I opened my eyes, I saw a bloody hole in its head.
"Dr. Lu!" came a calm voice.
I looked up and saw Chen Shen, Lu Jing, Zhang Zhihao and the others rushing over from not far away, killing monsters as they went.
Seeing them arrive, I breathed a sigh of relief; there was no danger now.
I closed my eyes, my consciousness began to blur, until I completely lost consciousness.

When I came to my senses, the pain in my shoulder brought me back to my senses.
Looking closely, I realized I was back in my dorm room. The sunlight streaming in through the window was slanting westward, so it must be morning now.
