June 14th, early morning.
There were six people sitting in the meeting room of Jiangbei Community.
Su Mu sat in the head seat, and I sat opposite him. The other four people, including Zhang Zhihao, sat on either side.
Is this what they call a committee?
I looked at the other four strangers in front of me, and they were also looking at me with strange eyes.
After the meeting began, Su Mu said, "Let's begin."
However, before he could finish speaking, a man walking next to Zhang Zhihao spoke up, "Wait a minute, Su Mu, aren't you going to explain who he is? Why is he sitting here?"

Zhang Jian said, "He's not from Jiangbei, so why is he sitting here?"
Su Mu said, "I think I've already explained this to you. One of the two people kidnapped by Biyuan was one of his men, so this can be considered a collaboration between our two sides. Do you understand?"
Zhang Jian turned to look at me, his eyes full of disdain.
Su Mu leaned back in his chair and asked, "Is there anyone else who has questions about Dr. Lu's identity? Ask quickly. If not, let's get to the point now."
“But we are holding a meeting about Jiangbei right now. He is an outsider and shouldn’t be here.”
One of the people sitting opposite Zhang Zhihao said, his tone predictably displeased.
Su Mu stared at him and laughed, "Wang Hai, stop with the nonsense."
"I..." Wang Hai frowned, wanting to say something, but Su Mu didn't give him the chance.
"Alright, since no one has any other questions, let's begin the meeting. You can take turns speaking about your plans for this matter, your rescue plans for Sun Zichen and Lu Jing, and your analysis of Biyuan's motives for doing this."
After Su Mu uttered these words, the three people fell silent.
Zhang Zhihao and I exchanged a glance, and I finally understood why Zhang Zhihao didn't like participating in this committee. Everyone started like this, so the outcome was self-evident.
“I think…” At this moment, the person sitting opposite Zhang Jian spoke up, and we all looked at him.
I remember his name was Wu Zhenzhou, he wore glasses, and he looked a bit different from the other two.
He paused for a moment, then said, "I think we should give up on these two people."
When he said that, Zhang Zhihao and I were both stunned.
Zhang Zhihao slammed his hand on the table and stood up abruptly. "Hey, Wu Zhenzhou, what do you mean by this?!"
I saw no change in Su Mu's expression. He said, "Xiao Zhang, sit down first."
Zhang Zhihao sat down.
Su Mu asked Wu Zhenzhou, "Tell me, what do you mean by that?"
Wu Zhenzhou pushed up his glasses and said, "This is clearly a trap set by Biyuan for Jiangbei. They could have planted spies in Jiangbei for other purposes, so why would they do something that exposes their identities? This is definitely a trap."
"First of all, the people who were kidnapped were Sun Zichen and a woman who wasn't from Jiangbei. Why didn't they kidnap some more valuable people? Like everyone here."
I chuckled when I heard that and asked, "Do you think you have a lot of value?"
Wu Zhenzhou frowned slightly as he looked at me. "Dr. Lu, right? Although I don't really agree with you sitting here, since you're sitting in the Jiangbei Committee meeting room, you have to follow Jiangbei's rules, you know that?"
I stared at him without saying a word.
Su Mu said, "Stop with the nonsense. I just want to know why you're giving up on these two people."
Wu Zhenzhou continued, "It's very simple. These two people are dispensable to Jiangbei, not to mention that one of them isn't even from Jiangbei. So why should we pay attention to Biyuan's provocation?"
Zhang Zhihao was very angry at this point and wanted to lash out, but I held him down.
"Moreover, the meeting and negotiations scheduled for tomorrow at the Zhujiu Pavilion in Beisong Park is a conspiracy. It's obvious that the people from Biyuan have set up an ambush. If you, Su Mu, go to negotiate, you'll probably only face certain death."
Wu Zhenzhou's words made a lot of sense to everyone.

“What you said makes a lot of sense.” Su Mu nodded in agreement, then looked at the other two and asked, “What about you two? What are your thoughts?”
After seeing that Su Mu agreed with Wu Zhenzhou's point of view, Zhang Jian and Wang Hai both felt that what Wu Zhenzhou said made a lot of sense.
Zhang Jian decisively said, "Actually, Wu Zhenzhou and I share the same view. I also think we should give up on those two people and ignore Biyuan. When the time comes, as long as we find out the traitor, we can catch Biyuan off guard."
Su Mu looked at Wang Hai with an unchanged expression.
Following Zhang Jian's lead, Wang Hai said, "I think the same way as the other two. There's nothing else to it. As long as we give up those two unimportant people, Jiangbei will be able to gain the upper hand."
Zhang Zhihao was almost going crazy while the three of them were talking. If I hadn't kept him in check, he probably would have jumped up and started hitting them.
