"Remember, don't run away first, or I won't let you off the hook!" Pu Weichao shouted immediately afterward.
"Okay." I gritted my teeth and agreed, then ran towards the back door of the hospital!
I understand that my presence here would only be a burden to them, so it's better to leave now so they can unleash their full potential without any worries.
I took Qian Cheng and ran past the ward; ahead lay the long corridor leading to the hospital.
But, just as I was about to run over...
Bang!
A gunshot rang out abruptly, the glass window on my left shattered instantly, and the bullet went straight into the wall on my right.
"What the hell?!"
I turned my head and saw a figure in the hospital courtyard, shooting at me.
who is he?
Bang!
I saw him fire another shot, and I immediately crouched down and crawled into the room on the right. Qian Cheng followed me in, and as soon as we entered, I closed the door.
What the hell is going on? Why did that guy shoot me?
I was filled with doubt and didn't understand what was going on.
Hiding in the house, bewildered.
"W-what's going on? Who's that guy outside? Why is he shooting at us? Did he mistake us for someone else?" Qian Cheng was very confused.
"I don't know." I frowned.
We hid inside the room. I glanced around and realized that the room was an equipment room, and there was another door on the other side!
I quickly stood up, intending to open the door, but found that the other door was locked!
"Damn it!" I cursed.
Bang!
Just then, the door was kicked open, startling me, and a figure appeared in front of Qian Cheng and me.
When I saw his face clearly, I was shocked. "It's you!"
