Chapter 632 Sneak Attack

I heard the footsteps of one of them, gradually fading into the distance.
I lay motionless on the grass, thinking that the reflection I saw below must have been the binoculars that guy was holding. I didn't expect there to actually be someone here.
However, it seems there are only the two of them here. Taking care of two people is easy, but taking care of them quietly is not an easy task. Moreover, I don't know if they have walkie-talkies to contact Boss Zhou. If they do, they must contact each other every now and then. If I kill them, it will be like alerting the enemy.

I climbed for about two or three minutes and came to the back of a tree. There were many trees on this earthen slope, which made it easy to hide.
I hid behind a tree and looked up. Although it was pitch black, I could still see the reflection on the binoculars, and I was able to pinpoint his location.
So, I carefully made my way up. Yes, I walked up. I was already this far, and if I climbed, I would make a lot more noise than walking, so it was better to tiptoe up.
In no time, I was next to the guy with the binoculars. He seemed to notice me, but didn't do anything. He just said, "You're back. Where's the food? Give it to me quickly."
Without saying a word, I hit him on the head and grabbed the binoculars from his hand. The guy immediately passed out.
I took out my binoculars and looked around, but I didn't see anyone else.
So, I hid in the vicinity, waiting for the other person to arrive.
Not long after, I heard footsteps and the crackling of a walkie-talkie coming from not far away.
"How's it going on your end? Have you found anything?"
The other person said, "No problem, don't worry. I'll report back immediately if anything happens."
Hearing that the other party had reported back, I thought my chance had come.
When he got to my side, I made a sudden move and knocked him unconscious as well.
I stared at the two guys on the ground and decisively tied them both up.
Immediately, I picked up my walkie-talkie and contacted Lao Li, saying, "Bring your men to the earthen slope right away. I found two guys here, and I've already subdued them."
"Okay, we'll be right there."
I waited for a short while before Lao Li and the others appeared on the earthen slope.
When a group of people came up, the two guys I had tied up woke up.
In the pitch-black night, the two men saw our group and tried to shout, but their mouths were stuffed with smelly socks, so they couldn't make a sound.
I sat down in front of the two men, stared at them, and said, "You two don't recognize me, do you?"
The two nodded.
I said, "Since we don't know each other, I'll be frank. I don't want to kill anyone, so I hope you two can cooperate with the questions I'm about to ask. Of course, if you two try to make up any excuses or try to lie to me, there will only be one consequence: death! Understand?"
The two men looked terrified when they heard what I said, and then they both nodded.
I said, "Now that you all understand, things will be much easier. I'll release your mouths so you can speak, but... like I said before, I don't want to hear you shouting and yelling, understand?"
Both of them nodded.
I looked at the guy who had been holding the binoculars, removed the stinky sock from his mouth, and my men had been holding guns to his head, so he didn't yell or scream, but looked at me with great fear.
I smiled and said, "Very good, very obedient. This way you have a chance to survive. In that case, I'm going to ask you some questions. You must answer them truthfully, okay?"
"Yes, I know," he nodded and said.
I asked, "Are all your people in the ancestral hall right now?"
He paused for a moment, then nodded and said, "Yes, yes, they're all inside the ancestral hall."
I laughed and asked, "Did Boss Zhou contact you just now?"
He nodded and said, "Yes."
I then asked, "Can you tell me what he said when he contacted you?"
