"I don't believe it!" Fei Lichao punched the iron gate, and more roars came from inside.
There were too many monsters around, and we couldn't possibly kill them all. Fei Lichao's move drew the attention of monsters in the distance, which left us feeling helpless.
"I want to go in and take a look!" Fei Lichao said.
"Hey, don't be impulsive!" Pu Weichao said.

I was conflicted and didn't know what to say.
"But how will you get in? The wall is so high!" Pu Weichao asked.
Fei Lichao didn't care about that at all and said, "Of course I have a way. You two go back and wait for me."
Pu Weichao grabbed him, "How can that be? What if something happens if you go in alone?"
Fei Lichao said, "I'll be fine. It's you guys who will be in trouble if you dare to follow me!"
"But……"
"It's impossible without him. You two go back. Give me half an hour, and I'll be back soon." Fei Lichao's tone was very firm, leaving no room for negotiation.
Pu Weichao looked at him, finally let go of his hand, and said, "Okay, then take care of yourself. It's 3:50 now, I need you back before 4:30."

I looked at him and said honestly, "Whether I'm disappointed or not, I don't know. I just haven't thought about it. Since I came here from Linshan, I haven't thought about the safe zone at all. All I've thought about is surviving. As for anything else, I haven't thought about it much."
"So you ask me if I'm disappointed? I really don't know. Maybe I'm a little disappointed, but so what? Even if the safe zone hadn't fallen, would life really get better once we're inside?"
Pu Weichao smiled and shook his head: "You're really easygoing."
I thought about it and it seems to be true. I haven't really thought about the safe zone issue in detail. It's mostly Pu Weichao and Fei Lichao who are discussing this matter, and most of the time I'm just listening from the sidelines.

We went back to the team.

Fei Lichao is back.
Chen Qian stepped forward again and asked, "How's the safe zone? Can we go over there?"
Fei Lichao looked at Pu Weichao with a puzzled expression. Pu Weichao said, "I haven't said anything yet."
Fei Lichao looked displeased and said to Chen Shen, "Call everyone over, I have something to say."
"Oh, okay." Chen nodded and called everyone over. They gathered together, just like when they were at Linshan.
However, compared to being on the mountain, Zhong Linxuan was missing, but Yun Lan and two others were present.
Fei Lichao looked grave, but everyone else's faces were filled with anticipation. After all, they had arrived near the safe zone. Once inside, they wouldn't have to worry about safety anymore; once inside, everyone would be safe.
"I have some bad news to tell you all. I just went into the safe zone and saw that it has been completely overrun. It's full of zombies."
Fei Lichao spoke very frankly and directly.
Everyone's expectant expressions froze.
What was originally expectation turned into disappointment, frustration, and helplessness.

I lost a hand and this is all you say? What do you mean?! You were so kind back in Linshan, saying it would be safe here, and this is all you get?"
Li Qiming was furious, cursing loudly, veins bulging on his forehead. At this point, a sudden pain shot through his severed arm wound, preventing him from continuing.
No one else spoke, but the expressions on their faces said it all. They shared Li Qiming's opinion: they felt this was a deception, that Fei Lichao had deceived everyone.
