Chen Yefei was sitting in a chair reading a book. He looked up, and we made eye contact. I greeted him, "Hello."
Chen Yefei was surprised and threw down his book, jumped up from his chair, and laughed, "Dr. Lu! Why are you here? Why didn't you tell me you were coming!"
I laughed and said, "Now that cell phones and phone calls aren't working, how am I supposed to contact you?"
"Oh, right, right, I forgot about that. Come in, come in and sit down. Is it just the two of you this time?" Chen Yefei asked.
I nodded and said, "Yes, I came here mainly to discuss cooperation with you. You've always wanted to cooperate, so I came."
