"Dean, something bad has happened."
"Don't be impatient, just speak slowly."
The visitor was panting.
"Doctor Wang's house was surrounded by a huge crowd."
"Do you know what's going on?"
"Dean, I can't even squeeze in. I heard the onlookers said it was about housing allocation?"
"Dividing the house? This has nothing to do with Doctor Wang."
"Dean, I don't know about this. You should go and take a look!"
The dean didn't reply. He muttered to himself, "No wonder. Today, several department heads reported that some of their doctors weren't at work, leaving patients complaining. Where have these doctors gone? I have to go check it out."
He looked at the county magistrate and said apologetically, "County magistrate, you and your aunt please wait here for a moment. I will call Doctor Wang right away."
"Go ahead! We're not in a hurry."
The heads of several departments were extremely busy and started complaining to the dean as soon as they saw him.
"Dean, I can't be the director anymore. No one wants to take leave, which makes my work very passive. Dean, please think of a solution! I worked the night shift last night and should have gone home to rest. Look, I haven't had breakfast yet. I'm so hungry that I can't stand it anymore."

From a distance, I could see a dense mass of people, shouting and yelling, with occasional curses emanating from them. The whole scene was extremely chaotic. Some were even carrying breakfast, watching and eating, looking as if they were enjoying themselves...
The crowd of onlookers were very angry when they saw that Wang Xiaolan's family had closed the door and ignored them. Some of the onlookers threw stones and vegetable leaves at her house in order to force Wang Xiaolan to come out and confront them.
At first they just did some minor fights, but later they became bolder and started throwing big stones at people.
"Crackling." There was a loud noise.
