"I'll go find them." Yan Shi handed the twins to Zhuang Zhao, calculating Catherine's safety with his fingers.
The calculations are fairly good; there is no danger to his life, and he won't be missing for too long.
However, Yan Shi was not very confident in his divination abilities. His master had also said that divination results were not absolute and were subject to change, so one should not act solely based on divination results.
Si Yue originally suggested flying a plane directly to find them, but Yan Shi, fearing it would alert the enemy, disagreed with Si Yue's plan.
"I should have just not absorbed that guy. If Zhuang Zhao were here, we might have gotten some information out of him," Yan Shi lamented.
The twins were crying loudly, so Yan Shi told Zhuang Zhao where the twins' formula was and led the people brought by Si Yue to find Catherine's location.
On the other side
When Catherine regained consciousness, she was being carried on someone's shoulder, like a bag of fertilizer.
She remained calm and looked for an opportunity to escape.
I didn't get a chance, and when I was thrown down, I hit my hip. I bit my lower lip to keep from crying out in pain.
Gu Hang had no experience with conversion. After all, he was still a young man in the clan and only had his sister as a relative. He had no interest in forming gangs to convert outstanding humans into vampires as a force, and he had even less interest in humans.
Gu Hang forced himself to calm down, even though his heart was beating twice as fast as usual.
He placed the mist into Su Cha's wound. The mist was originally Gu Hang's blood, and now it seemed to be much more useful than the abilities of other vampires. After all, he could also sense Su Cha's physical condition through the mist, making it easier for him to seize the opportunity.
As he slowly mixed his own blood with the remaining blood in Su Cha's body, he bit his tongue and transferred it to Su Cha.
"Swallow it."
Su Cha vaguely heard this sentence and obediently swallowed what was put into her mouth. Her confused consciousness made it impossible for her to distinguish what she was eating.
Otherwise, let's wait for someone to come and rescue her.
The thought was extinguished by Catherine as soon as it appeared. By the time someone came to rescue her, she would have been gnawed to the bone. After all, she wasn't Yan Shi, who had Zhuang Zhao who would risk his life for her.
I have glucose in my pajama pocket, just in case I can't eat for a while.
The room was completely sealed off, the windows were nailed shut, and the door must have been locked from the outside.
It seems there's no other way out.
It's unlikely she could escape in the chaos; she couldn't outrun the alien's legs.
Let's wait and see, or find a partner to help out.
When Catherine took out a glucose drink, people around her were watching her, and they only stopped when they saw her wielding a scalpel.
It was dawn outside, but Catherine didn't dare to sleep and kept listening to the sounds outside.
There was no further activity.
When things are quiet, it's easy to have wild thoughts. Catherine was thinking that a peerless hero riding on a seven-colored cloud would come to save her, while at the same time she was thinking that she would be blown up, dismembered, sliced up, served as food, and eaten.
As dawn broke, the door opened, and the alien creature came in carrying wild fruits, vegetables, potatoes, and corn.
They are all raw.
Catherine: Are they being raised like poultry?
Then she saw the others swarm forward, and by the time they dispersed, everything was gone.
Whether it's fruit or potatoes, eat them raw, crunch away.
Catherine swallowed hard and drank the last of the glucose in her pocket.
If she manages to get out of here alive this time, she'll definitely carry several thousand milliliters of glucose with her next time.
The aliens put down the food and locked the door again. Catherine peered out the window and could see two or three aliens in the yard, not to mention who knows how many more she couldn't see.
Several hours have passed, and we still haven't seen anyone come to rescue her. She's wearing a GPS tracker on her wrist; Yan Shi can't be that unreliable, right?
Yan Shi, who was searching for him, sneezed several times in a row.
If I had known we would travel this far, I would have preferred to fly a plane. It took an hour to see the GPS and stop, and almost three more hours to get close to it. The sun was almost up.
Just when Catherine seemed within reach, the location started moving again.
Yan Shi had a bad feeling. Was this location tracking device implanted under the skin? What if the person and the location tracking device weren't actually together?
After some quick calculations, I realized that the direction Catherine was in did indeed match the direction the location was moving.
The relationship has moved on to a new location.
Yan Shi called Si Yue and asked him to keep an eye on the possible destination of this route and to intercept it directly at the destination. She would lead her men to continue following, launching a pincer attack from both sides.
Zhuang Zhao had already driven home with the child and should be home by now. Yan Shi wasn't worried and focused on rescuing Catherine.
Not long after Catherine and her family finished eating, they were locked in the carriage. Judging from the sounds outside, they were being moved.
Catherine clenched her fists. Thank goodness. Her chance to escape had arrived.
The car finally started moving. Catherine looked around and saw that all the aliens were on the car, and there were probably two more on the roof. Since there wasn't enough room, they had to sit on the roof.
Perhaps to avoid throwing their companion off the roof, the car wasn't going too fast. Although the road conditions were unclear, there was still a chance of survival if they jumped out of the car.
Catherine suddenly smiled; she loved this kind of life-or-death game of chance.
He took out a laser cutter and cut a hole in the side of the carriage big enough for him to slip out. He then stretched his limbs and got into position.
When they cut the carriage, they saw that there was a dirt road underneath, with grass on the sides, no trees, and no stones.
Catherine took a breath, covered her head and jumped out of the car, but was pulled back by someone.
"Together."
As the man spoke, he picked up Catherine and jumped off the bus. Before Catherine could react, the scenery in front of her changed again and again. After landing, she rolled a few times due to the inertia of the car and rolled directly into the bushes.
