Chapter Fifty-Six: The Death Game (The End)

The audience was taken aback by the dramatic turn of events, and after a brief silence came thunderous cheers.

Zhuang Zhao successfully challenged the champion and became the champion. During the break, he accompanied Yan Shi to challenge the champion.

Yan Shi's Wing Chun skills might fool laymen, but her greatest strength lies in her intuition. If prediction is about reacting after seeing something, intuition is about her brain issuing commands before the opponent even makes a move, allowing her to dodge as soon as the opponent starts to move.

At the crucial moment, use a feint to get close to the edge of the opponent's defense, then use a teleportation talisman to appear behind the champion, lift your foot, and it's over.

The people below the stage looked at each other in bewilderment. Today's challenge seemed different from usual, but that was for the best, because it gave them a chance.

A super long line formed in front of the arena where Yan Shi and Zhuang Zhao were fighting.

"They really think highly of us."

"We only won one game anyway, so let them do whatever they want after that."

Zhuang Zhao stepped into the ring. The rule was that the ringmaster would choose the challengers who were queuing up below. Zhuang Zhao chose a challenger who had been to other rings before. He had seen his fighting habits and was confident.

Yan Shi knew he was going to win the moment Zhuang Zhao pulled out the puppet dog. As the puppet dog bit the challenger's calf, Zhuang Zhao stared into his eyes and plucked a hair from his head.

The challenger jumped off the ring himself.

Zhuang Zhao succeeded.

Yan Shi remained silent, and even after successfully defending a round, he did not smile.

Zhuang Zhao thought about it carefully and instantly understood the problem.

Are you afraid of me?

"What's the meaning?"

"I'm afraid I'll turn you into a living puppet."

"I'm much more fun than a puppet. Making me into a puppet would be such a waste of money. I'm just sentimental and have an overflowing sense of compassion. Anyway, it's not your problem; it's just that I can't figure it out myself."

"If you don't understand something, just tell me. If you get angry after hearing what I say, take it out on me. If you're in a bad mood, tease your boyfriend. Isn't that what boyfriends do?"

"That's right, I don't want to walk anymore, carry me."

"Yes, Your Majesty."

"You actually really enjoy role-playing, don't you?"

"They just like role-playing with you, don't get the wrong idea."

Can you switch to a normal tone?

"Yes, Master."
