An Xiangwen and An Xiangwu responded to the country's call and returned to the capital during the Chinese New Year of 1979. They rushed back to the capital before the Spring Festival.
When Xu Zhiyi and Qin Zheng learned that An Xiangwen and An Xiangwu were coming back, they also tried their best to rush to the capital, fearing that they would be too late. Xu Zhiyan in the Ningbo army was even more so.
