Extra 1 Feizexi

Ye Qi stayed in Fei Zexi's class for almost five days, and the two brothers, who had been looking miserable every day, finally regained their spirits.

For five days, they drank bitter medicine, their faces wrinkled, their minds filled with thoughts:

Why doesn't Bao'er catch a cold?

Why are they the only ones with fevers?

Unfortunately, Ye Qi's dark magic constitution was too good; even though she was surrounded by two patients every day, her health remained excellent.

She wandered around visiting patients, laughing uproariously as she watched them wear masks of pain from taking their medicine.

Then he received two resentful glances.

Until the fifth day.

Ye Yunzhan and Shi Yun, having recovered from their fever, arrived at school only to find that their younger sister had gone to another class. Without a word, the two doting siblings grabbed their backpacks and followed her around like little shadows, happily running into her new classroom.

Class 7.

When Fei Zexi saw the new students joining, he didn't say much and continued teaching his class as usual.

Because they inherited their father's keen intuition and their mother's intelligence, they learned with ease.

Seeing that they could keep up with his pace, Fizexi let them join in.

Fei Zexi would leave the homework at a set time and then leave, without forcing them to do it.

Ye Qi is a lazy person who doesn't do her homework.

She doesn't hand in her homework, and Fei Zexi doesn't care.

Once, she didn't hand in her homework, and two other students followed suit, which was discovered by her uncle.

The uncle twisted Ye Yunzhan's ear with his left hand and Ye Qi's ear with his right, making them both howl in pain, and personally dragged them over.

Following behind was Shi Yun, who had his ear twisted in the same way.

All three of them got a thorough beating.

Now they're completely obedient.

Her uncle and maternal uncle personally brought them over and made them apologize for their bad habit of not handing in their homework without permission.

He then resubmitted the assignments of the three of them to him.

Fizexi didn't actually care about that.

He knew early on that not everyone enjoys studying.

Similarly, there will always be people who don't like doing homework, and they certainly won't force themselves to be self-disciplined just to do homework.

In his eyes, doing your homework shows your willingness to improve, take responsibility for yourself, consolidate the new knowledge you've learned, and thus transform it into your own knowledge.

As a teacher, assigning homework is his responsibility to reinforce students' knowledge, but whether or not students do it is their own responsibility.

Similarly, whether they can make progress in their studies depends on their own self-discipline.

This is society's first lesson.

Be responsible for the consequences of your actions.

This has always been Fizexi's view, which he has always held as a self-taught individual.

Therefore, he accepted the apology lightly and didn't take the matter to heart.

After collecting the homework, he proceeded with his routine lesson for the day.

After finishing his lecture, he returned to the temporary house he had bought.

When the butler asked him what he wanted for dinner that evening—

He casually listed a few dishes that he felt temporarily interested in.

Before dinner was ready, he suddenly remembered that he had brought back three extra things today—their homework.

He took out three sets of comprehensive homework assignments and corrected Ye Yunzhan's homework first. It was not bad, as the answers were neat and proper.

Shi Yun got a little carried away, seemingly rushing to finish the job, and his handwriting became quite flamboyant.

At first, he was willing to give me face and check carefully.

Later, when my eyes got tired, I just looked at the answers.

By the time he got to the last assignment, he was already getting a little impatient.

For the first time, he realized that grading homework was such a painful ordeal.

When he opened Ye Qi's homework, he casually glanced at the first page.

The girl's delicate handwriting, slightly unsteady, read "Ye Qi".

There was also a cartoon V-sign drawn in the corner.

His mood seemed to have improved, or rather, he seemed to have become more interested.

He began to examine Ye Qi's answers.

The answer is the first line you see when you open it.

The process wasn't even written out.

But the process was added later.

He thought it might be the work of that uncle.

Not only that, but it also features a crying cartoon emoticon that accuses him.

The little white dough ball, with tears streaming down its face and puffed up in anger, looked very aggrieved.

This piqued Fizexi's interest.

However, the little dumpling is only in the answer to the first question on the homepage.

The rest of the process was basically completed in a proper manner, and that eye-catching white dough ball never appeared again.

Fizexi immediately felt disheartened.

He quickly went to the last page and kept working until the last A appeared on the paper, strikingly red, before finally putting the pen cap back on.

He closed the workbook again and happened to see a white dough ball happily squinting its eyes and making a peace sign in the bottom right corner of the back cover.

He seemed to vaguely see the freedom the girl felt after finishing her homework, an explosion of joy, no longer restrained, her mood instantly changing, and she became cheerful again.

He couldn't help but smile.

Just thinking about that soft-hearted little dumpling who cried so hard, and then laughed so carefree after finishing her homework...

For no apparent reason, it stirred his emotions.

He had never looked at this before, and even if he did, he would habitually ignore it, not caring about this so-called white dough or whether it was crying or not.

But now, for the first time ever, he noticed it.

Perhaps it's because the girl had firmly chosen him.

Or perhaps it was the smiles the girl gave him every day after school, and the repeated goodbyes she made.

Are these the ones?

He didn't know.

He walked downstairs aimlessly, forgetting why he had come down in the first place, but just then he overheard:

"Oh? Young Master, are you in a good mood today?"
