There are only one hundred of these Fate Fruits, after all.
A few fruits hung on the enormous sacred tree. Those who were quick picked the fruits and ran away, while those who were slow could only snatch fruits from others.
There isn't just one Heavenly Destiny Tree; they're scattered throughout the second level of the secret realm. Everyone who passes through the gate to the second level of the secret realm will be dispersed to different locations. If you're lucky, you'll be close to the Heavenly Destiny Tree and can immediately pick its fruit; some are even incredibly lucky and have time to hide it after picking it.
If you're unlucky, after being teleported in, you'll have to spend time searching everywhere.
Gongsun Nan and Jingxin Wuchen were not very lucky. The place they were teleported to was too far from the Tree of Fate. There was nothing they could do but spread their divine senses to the maximum extent as soon as they entered and then searched for it.
As they were searching, they unexpectedly bumped into each other.
They discovered a Destiny Tree almost simultaneously; its enormous branches blocked out the sky, but only one Destiny Fruit hung from it. So, the two of them immediately began fighting.
"Get out of my way! This fruit is mine." Gongsun Nan slashed at Jingxin Wuchen with his sword.
“That won’t do!” Jingxin Wuchen smiled and made a stroke on his seven-stringed zither.
Sword light flashed, and a million layers of sword energy cleaved the sky in two. The sound of the zither rang out, and the sound waves turned into starlight that fell like rain.
As Gongsun Nan swung his sword, the Yin-Yang totem appeared in the sky behind him, and the laws of the Great Dao evolved into a net that descended upon Jingxin Wuchen. In Jingxin Wuchen's strangely colored eyes, runes seemed to be densely packed. His slender fingers traced the strings of his zither, and boundless divine light shook the heavens and earth, tearing apart the net formed by the Great Dao.
The entire secret realm was shaking.
The fight between these two was truly astonishing.
