Chapter 1337 Escaping the Blue Star Military Zone

It gets simpler towards the end, and the car sped along.

More than a dozen cars had already surrounded them from behind.

Fortunately, Lu Yuan's driving skills were quite good. He weaved left and right, leaving the cars behind him in the dust.

A series of bullets struck the rear window of the car again, shattering the seats.

Lu Yuan cursed under his breath, then spun around again, leaving the convoy behind him behind and continuing to speed forward.

After driving for an unknown amount of time, they finally arrived at a tall, bunker-like building. The road ahead was impassable; once they entered the bunker's firing range, their vehicles would certainly be unable to withstand the overwhelming firepower.

However, there were no other side roads nearby. Lu Yuan gritted his teeth, looked at the road ahead, and kept thinking.

The nail boards on the ground were already spread out for more than ten meters; if you ran any further, you would definitely get a flat tire.

Although the tires have been puncture-proofed, if these nails get embedded in the tires, they could damage the entire rim. In that case, the car would not only be unable to continue driving, but would definitely break down.

Lu Yuan gritted his teeth and kept looking around. Suddenly, a road on a slope caught his attention.

The road was just a small mound, and Lu Yuan couldn't see what it ended at.

He could only grit his teeth and seize this opportunity. He turned his head to look at the convoy behind him. Because all their rearview mirrors were smashed, he didn't know what was going on behind them. Lu Yuan couldn't judge from Anna's words how close the cars behind them were.

He turned his head to look at the convoy behind him, and the tension in his heart intensified even more than before.

There were dozens of vehicles behind him, almost completely blocking all his escape routes. If he tried to stop, he would be riddled with bullets. The only road in front of them was that small earthen mound.

The slope was about half a meter above the ground. Although their vehicle had anti-collision measures, it was still impossible to drive directly up such a height.

The only way now is to find a suitable spot to bounce the car up the slope. Where is that spot?

Lu Yuan kept looking ahead when he suddenly noticed the broken seat in the back of the car. He immediately shouted at Anna.

"Go and throw the back seat in the front!"

After hearing this, Anna reclined her seat without hesitation and moved to the back seat. Lu Yuan was still constantly adjusting his seat, back and forth, to prevent any cars behind him from catching up.

Anna swayed back and forth inside the car, unable to work at all, but she gritted her teeth, hooked her fingers into the gap to hold herself in place, and then found the screw and unscrewed it forcefully.

With a snap, the entire back seat was removed.

After glancing at it, Lu Yuan immediately adjusted his posture.

He had one hand on the steering wheel and the other on the seat. Then, seeing the windshield in front of him, he kicked it forward with all his might.

With a loud crash, the glass was smashed into a spiderweb pattern, making it impossible to see what was happening outside.

Then Lu Yuan kicked him again.

With a crack, a corner of the glass shattered, and wind rushed in through the crack, carrying shards of glass that hit Lu Yuan's face.

Lu Yuan didn't care and kicked him several more times.

Finally, the windshield couldn't withstand the distance between Lu Yuan and the windshield.

With a loud thud, he was kicked aside by Lu Yuan and left on the road behind.

Just then, Lu Yuan shouted loudly at Anna.

"Throw the chair over there."

Anna nodded, then used all her strength to throw the seat in front of the car.

Just then, the car's wheels suddenly ran over the work area and instantly lifted into the air.

The car sped forward, and just one seat caused the entire car to roll forward.

Because only one tire was pressing on the seat, their car started to spin in a spiral.

Lu Yuan gripped the steering wheel tightly, trying to keep his body firmly in the seat.

After the car spun around in the air two and a half times, it finally landed on the dirt slope in front of it.

Half a meter of height was enough. Lu Yuan slammed on the gas pedal again, and the four wheels spun rapidly. Then the car surged forward.

The inertia from the ground, combined with Lu Yuan's earlier press of the accelerator, propelled the car forward once more.

Then the car continued to rush forward, and ahead was a ditch.

The ravine was about half a meter wide, and Lu Yuan could only watch helplessly as it stretched out in front of him, seemingly an insurmountable chasm.

"Damn it, we have to get through!"

Lu Yuan gripped the steering wheel tightly, but he couldn't do anything right now, because in the blink of an eye, the car sped forward.

Then, Lu Yuan felt the entire car crash heavily to the ground, and he couldn't tell whether it was the ditch below or not.

With a loud bang, the car slammed heavily onto the ground.

Then, relying on inertia, the car continued to move forward. Lu Yuan felt his head slam hard against the steering wheel, and his face was covered in blood.

Anna wasn't so lucky either; her whole body rolled around inside the car.

If she hadn't been leaning against the passenger seat, she probably would have been thrown onto the car, though she had multiple cuts and was bleeding profusely.

Lu Yuan saw the car land smoothly, then stepped on the gas and sped forward. Without the sand and dust from outside the windshield hitting their faces, Lu Yuan couldn't open his eyes at all.

"Turn left, there's a rock ahead!"

Anna had climbed into the passenger seat at some point. She turned on the car's built-in camera and showed Lu Yuan the road conditions ahead via the display screen.

Lu Yuan quickly adjusted the steering wheel, dodged the rock in front of him, and continued driving forward. The mountain road was even more difficult to navigate than the road below.

Clang, clang.

The car was jolting back and forth so much that my bones felt like they were going to fall apart.

But Lu Yuan knew they were out of danger now, because the rumbling engine sound behind them had disappeared.

After driving for an unknown amount of time, Lu Yuan felt a tingling numbness in his hands. Finally, he thought he saw a group of figures appear in front of the car, and Lu Yuan's heart sank.

They're about to break through, but what if they get blocked by the Earthlings again?

Just then, a group of people in front of them pointed guns and started firing at the tires of their car.

Lu Yuan felt the car instantly lose its balance, and after a sudden stop, it crashed into a sand dune, rolled twice, and finally came to a stop.

Just as Lu Yuan opened the car door, a gun appeared outside and was pointed at his head.

Are you from Earth?
