However, the military made a foolish move that seemed utterly baffling.
They first gave this food to the wealthy people in the inner city, so that they could have a taste of the delicious food.
This sparked discontent among the people inside the city. After all, they were all the same kind of people, so why should those in the inner city get to enjoy food before them?
But the military has already done it and openly admitted it.
The military even indicated that they would hunt more mutated beasts in the future, and the extra meat would be distributed to the people in the outer city.
Immediately, the middle-class and outer-city residents expressed their dissatisfaction, organizing themselves to take to the streets in protest.
As soon as Lu Yuan and his group arrived at the outer city, they saw countless citizens waving their flags and shouting for them to bring out the meat.
After all, nobody can stomach smelly insect meat.

This led to increasingly severe chaos within the city.
Lu Yuan's car was once again stuck in traffic on the street.
"Damn it! When will our convoy get back?"
Lu Yuan punched the steering wheel in frustration and honked the horn twice, but the city residents didn't react at all.
Now, Lu Yuan was somewhat annoyed.
"Damn it! What are these people trying to do? We can't get anything from them, and they've blocked the road. How are we supposed to get through?"
After saying that, Lu Yuan looked back at the car and found that the back of the convoy was also full of people.

Just a dozen meters in front of him, barbed wire and various other obstacles had been piled up.

"You guys wait here, I'll go ask the military!"
Zhou Tong walked up to Lu Yuan and said, "I'll go with you!"

So, Lu Yuan and Zhou Tong headed towards the military office.
Upon arriving at the destination, Lu Yuan finally met with the military command personnel.
Inside, everyone was in a panic, with adjutants constantly returning from various confidential rooms to deliver different messages to the office.
Lu Yuan and Zhou Tong exchanged a glance.
"Goodness, this looks like things are going to get messy!"
Zhou Tong nodded: "Yes! It seems this conflict has finally erupted! I've said before that things would get chaotic sooner or later, and I didn't expect it to actually turn out this way!"
Lu Yuan looked around and said, "Why don't we go to the command post and ask? Otherwise, we'll be in trouble if we can't get back!"
Zhou Tong nodded, and then followed Lu Yuan to the command post.
A meeting was taking place in the command center, and Lu Yuan could only wait helplessly outside.
The wait was quite long; half an hour passed, and the meeting showed no signs of ending.
Lu Yuan continued to wait, and another half hour passed, until he grew impatient.
"Damn it! How long are they planning to keep going? What kind of meeting can last this long?"
Lu Yuan scratched his head in frustration.
Zhou Tong sighed, sat down next to Lu Yuan, and patted him on the shoulder: "Alright, brother, don't get worked up, it's no use! The military is probably in trouble!"
Zhou Tong, who had just returned from inquiring about something outside, was seen by Lu Yuan, who quickly stood up and asked, "Did you find out anything?"
The other party nodded, then looked around: "We just received the latest news that the outer city and the middle city have reached an agreement to disband the camp!"
