The other person smiled, then brought out a chair and placed it under the small pavilion, and gave Lu Yuan some snacks and fruits.
Lu Yuan had no interest in these things.

A satisfied smile appeared on Sean's face. He gently stood up from his chair and walked over to Lu Yuan.

"Here's the thing, there's been some trouble in our family, so we have to go back to the human town to live. We won't be staying here for the time being, so we plan to hand over the house over there to you!"
