Hearing Lu Yuan's whispers, Xiao Shan quietly sat down in front of him.
"Don't make wild guesses. Maybe they're still checking. Let's wait a day until we've collected enough information!"
Lu Yuan sighed.
"Sigh, I'm really getting impatient. I just want to know how much these people value our technology. If they don't, I'm really worried that we won't be able to reach the mainland!"
When Lu Yuan said those words, Xiao Shan looked somewhat surprised.
She muttered something to herself.
"I don't think so!"
Just then, a commotion suddenly arose from downstairs in the hotel lobby. Lu Yuan was slightly taken aback. Xiao Shan had already run out and glanced downstairs.
A group of heavily armed soldiers had sealed off the entire hotel, and all guests were required to stay in their rooms and were not allowed to leave.
The atmosphere in the hotel became tense for a moment. Then, several soldiers came to the door of Lu Yuan's room and ordered them not to go out.
Xiao Shan was terrified. Once inside the room, she told Lu Yuan everything that had just happened.
"What do you mean? Why are they sealing off this place? Are they planning to rob us?"
Xiao Shan was slightly taken aback when she heard Lu Yuan say that.
"What blatant robbery? Are they trying to interfere with our technology?"
Lu Yuan shook his head slightly.
"I'm just guessing, it's unlikely. They wouldn't do that with so many troops. They probably have other plans. Let's just wait and see. If they really have to fight, we won't back down!"
Xiao Shan nodded; she was very clear about their own fighting capabilities.
Even without using any external forces, the few of them alone could easily handle the super soldiers below.
