Brother Qing waved his hand and gestured for everyone to go inside to talk. Lu Yuan followed behind Brother Qing and nodded to the group. Everyone looked at Lu Yuan and saw the cotton-padded coat he was wearing, with a hint of envy on their faces.
Upon entering the next room, they saw a large brazier with several charcoal pieces burning fiercely inside. The group leaned against the brazier, and only then did they feel the chill on their bodies lessen.
"Let me introduce you. This is Lu Yuan. He's from Qingshui City and wants to join our camp, so I brought him along. He'll be with us for the time being. Just treat him like one of our own. Lu Yuan, let me introduce you to everyone here!"
Then Brother Qing went on to introduce everyone, and finally pointed at the middle-aged man with glasses, saying, "This is also Liu Cheng, our technical supervisor. If you have any questions, you can talk to him!"
Lu Yuan nodded to the other person, smiled, and extended his hand, saying, "Hello, Brother Liu, please take care of me in the future!"
The other person gently extended their hand, squeezed Lu Yuan's hand briefly, and then released it. After a long pause, they spoke, "You seem to be doing quite well. Qingshui City is quite far from here. How did you manage to get here?"
"Yes, I came here a few months ago. I drove for several days to get here."
The other person nodded, then turned to leave and said, "Stay here from now on. You can ask me if you need anything."
With a smile on his face, Lu Yuan watched the other person leave, then turned around and looked at the middle-aged man beside him with some suspicion, whispering in his ear, "Is this Brother Liu a problem?"
