Chapter 217 Plane Crash

Upon hearing William's words, Zheng Yi was so angry that he gritted his teeth, but he couldn't say anything. How could he tell him that he had prepared a parachute? If the other bodyguards heard that, who would still want to work for him?

"Alright, enough nonsense. You're such a schemer. Hurry up and start the plane. We're leaving. Lu Yuan, you go to the co-pilot's seat right now and help William find the location. Land immediately once you spot it!"

Lu Yuan shook the handcuffs on his hands, indicating that he was powerless to do anything about it: "If you want me to pass, you should at least unlock my handcuffs, otherwise how can I see clearly!"

Zheng Yi's face immediately showed a hint of dissatisfaction, but he was helpless and could only purse his lips. The monkey next to him took out the key and helped Lu Yuan unlock the handcuffs.

However, even after Lu Yuan moved to the passenger seat, he was still handcuffed to the seat.

After starting the plane, William glanced at Lu Yuan beside him, a look of eager anticipation on his lips, and opened his mouth as if to say something.

Seeing his expression, Lu Yuan immediately sneered and said loudly, "What? You want Boss Zheng to pay more? He definitely won't give you that price, not even if you threaten me!"

Upon hearing Lu Yuan's words, William was so surprised that he opened his mouth wide in protest, but then Zheng Yi's dissatisfied roar came from behind him.

“Mr. William, I’ve already done more than enough. Your price has exceeded the limit, and I’ve already increased your compensation significantly. You can’t be so dissatisfied!”

William was at a loss for words, and he explained in broken Chinese, "Mr. Zheng, you've got it wrong. I didn't mean to say that. Don't listen to his nonsense!"

"Heh, me talking nonsense? Only you know whether it's true or not!" Lu Yuan leaned back in his seat, even wanting to put his feet on the dashboard in front of him, but it was full of buttons, so Lu Yuan couldn't put his feet on it. He could only cross his legs and look at William's angry face with a smug look on his face.

"Kid, you're pretty good. We'll see about that!"

After saying that, William angrily put on his headset, while Lu Yuan's hands were tied to the seat, making it impossible for him to take out the double-sided headset. William obviously had no intention of helping him put on the headset, after all, this old plane would make a lot of noise when it flew at high altitudes, and if he didn't wear a headset, it could very likely affect his hearing. Obviously, he did this on purpose.

The plane's engines were slowly humming, and soon after the plane had taxied several hundred meters on the runway, it slowly rose into the sky, the loud noise filling Lu Yuan's ears.

Finally, the plane took off, and everyone breathed a sigh of relief when they saw that there was no malfunction.

The plane continued to fly in the direction Lu Yuan pointed out. At an altitude of about 700 or 800 meters, there was a thick layer of volcanic ash. This layer was often filled with static electricity, so it was particularly dangerous. The plane could not approach this altitude and had to fly out of it to avoid being struck by lightning.

However, there is a problem: if you fly above this height, you may be blocked by volcanic ash and unable to see the terrain below. If you want to fly to a lower level, you may crash into the nearby mountains because you are not high enough.

This places extremely high demands on the pilot's skill level. Clearly, William had already encountered this kind of high-difficulty challenge when he went through the Siberian Killer Training Camp. Although he was not as skilled as more professional pilots, he was brave enough to try. The plane almost crashed into the mountains several times, but fortunately, under his excellent control, the plane safely avoided these dangerous places.

After flying for about one or two hours, Lu Yuan searched the ground, but due to the flight altitude, the view of the ground from the air was quite different from his own position. He could only rely on his memory to observe whether the base below was his.

However, after the plane had been flying for a long time, it still hadn't found it. Zheng Yi, who was sitting in the back, was getting angry. Ignoring the danger, he unbuckled his seatbelt, walked to the front, slapped Lu Yuan on the shoulder, and shouted, "Kid, are you messing with us? Let me tell you, if you dare to mess with me, I'll throw you off the plane right now!"

Not far away, he coldly turned around and glanced at her, saying, "Hmph, whatever. If you want to throw me down, you can do it now. But are you sure you want to throw me down and come all this way for nothing?"

Lu Yuan was speechless at Zheng Yi's words. He ignored him and kept his eyes fixed on the ground. Zheng Yi cursed a few times and then returned to his seat.

After flying around the area for a long time, Lu Yuan finally saw his iconic villa.

He felt a surge of excitement, knowing this was his home. He quickly pointed downwards and exclaimed, "It's down there! Hurry up and get him to land! I suspect that's my base!"

Upon hearing Lu Yuan's words, Zheng Yi and the others quickly leaned out of the window to look down. Although the howling wind outside made it difficult to breathe, they couldn't care less about the danger at the moment. They saw rows of houses lined up together below, including a large one that resembled a palace.

"Hehe, it should be about there. I heard from others that this kid has set up quite a few places like this outside, but an earthquake happened not long after he got to use them. What a pity! William, land quickly!"
