People nearby immediately began to whisper among themselves, and several people not far from Chen Kaiming's seat tensed up. The bodyguards nearby had already put their hands in their pockets and gripped their pistols tightly. If Chen Kaiming started to make trouble, their orders were to shoot him on the spot.

Then Chen Kaiming nodded slightly and said, "Okay! Take me out of here!"
In a private room at the venue, Ye Hua breathed a sigh of relief upon seeing Chen Kaiming leave, then turned around and glared angrily at the group of people sitting in the room.
"Are you satisfied? Is this what you wanted?"
One of the men, with a smile on his face, stepped forward and gently patted Ye Hua on the shoulder, saying, "Thank you for everything you've done for us. Don't worry, as long as you cooperate with us, you'll still be in charge of District Five from now on!"
Hearing the man say that, Ye Hua shook his head helplessly. What right did a puppet have to speak?
