After the couple chatted for a while, Zhou Qi said, "Don't go out at night anymore, it's not safe outside!"
"Yes, I know. I just have some good news to tell you!"
"Oh? Good news? What good news?" Zhou Qi asked curiously.
"Our team leader said he heard some news that someone is going to reopen the mine! We're wondering if we should go and continue working with them!"
Upon hearing this, Zhou Qi flew into a rage: "No way! Absolutely not! The radiation on your body hasn't even been detected yet! If you get exposed to that radiation again, do you want to die?!"
Seeing Zhou Qi so angry, Zhu Chunling quickly grabbed his arm and explained, "Don't be anxious, let me finish! This mine is different from the previous ones!"
"What's the difference? It's just the same old thing in a different guise! They're all the same blood-sucking beasts. Last time you didn't earn a single penny down there and almost lost your life. I won't allow you to go! Absolutely not!"
Zhou Qi's voice suddenly rose a few decibels, and Zhu Chunling quickly covered Zhou Qi's mouth, saying, "Shh! Don't make a sound, we can't tell anyone about this yet! Can you let me finish?"
Zhou Qi glared angrily at Zhu Chunling: "Say it! You're not allowed to go!"
"Sigh! You always have such a short temper. If you're so tough, take it out on someone else! What's with taking it out on me?!"
"You! Don't provoke me on purpose!" Zhou Qi hated it when his wife talked to him like that, and immediately raised his hand to hit Zhu Chunling.
"You think you're so great! Try touching me if you dare!" Zhu Chunling glared at Zhou Qi with her neck stiff.
Seeing Zhu Chunling like this, Zhou Qi immediately softened.
"This mine is owned by Chen Kaiming! His plan has only just begun! So don't worry! He's different from those other people!"
Upon hearing this, Zhou Qi was stunned.
"What did you say? You mean this mine is owned by Chen Kaiming? You're not kidding, are you?"
