Lu's parents were cooking porridge in the camp, preparing some lunch to send to Zhou Tong and the others. When they saw Lu Yuan arrive with his people, they all looked surprised.
Lu Yuan gave them a wink from afar, then followed Miao Chengyun without turning his head, while Liu Mingming followed closely behind like a lackey.
As they approached a nearby inspection team, seeing Miao Chengyun trying to force his way in, members of the inspection team immediately came up with electric batons.
"What are you doing? Can't you see the police tape here? Get back here."
The disciplinary team members, their faces full of arrogance, pointed electric batons at Miao Chengyun's face.
Miao Chengyun's lips curled into a sinister smile. He then drew a dagger from his waist and stabbed the man in the chest several times. The disciplinary team member collapsed into a pool of blood, his eyes filled with surprise and fear.
Liu Mingming stood behind, trembling with fear. He wanted to run, but his legs were too weak to move. He could only watch helplessly as the tragedy unfolded before his eyes. Lu Yuan had not expected Miao Chengyun to be so ruthless, killing people with a dagger without warning.
Lu Yuan hadn't expected the other party to be so ruthless, and another member of the disciplinary team seemed to be frightened and didn't dare to move at all.
This guy is definitely someone important; he doesn't seem to be just a small fry as Ma Bin said!
Lu Yuan silently observed the other party without making any move, while Xi Wen and the others who had come to inquire quickly walked to Lu Yuan's side upon seeing this.
"It's nothing! It's just the black market! I didn't expect them to actually attack!"
Xiwen and Zhou Tong nodded silently. They had seen this kind of scene many times before, and they just wanted to see how Miao Chengyun would handle it next.

As he spoke, the other person pushed through the crowd and saw the disciplinary team member who had fallen to the ground stand up and reach for his gun. But just as his gun left its holster, he suddenly froze as if struck by lightning, his hand went limp, and he put the gun back into its holster.
"So...it's Captain Miao! What brings you here?"
The moment the junior supervisor of the disciplinary team saw Miao Changyun, he was so frightened that he collapsed to the ground like a sieve.
Miao Chengyun quietly walked up to the other person, wiped the blood off the dagger with the other person's sleeve, and looked at the other person with contempt.
"How the hell do you manage your subordinates? You don't even recognize me? My name is clearly visible, can't you see it?"
The supervisor being stared at didn't dare to move an inch. He gently wiped the sweat from his forehead and then said with a forced smile.
"Boss Miao, it's all a misunderstanding. This person is new. I will definitely manage my subordinates well."
Miao Chengyun nodded in satisfaction, then tucked the cleaned dagger back into his waistband, gently patted the other person's shoulder, and whispered with a laugh in their ear.

After he finished speaking, the other party immediately fled as if facing a formidable enemy. Soon after, the other party brought an inspector wearing glasses to him.
"This is Supervisor Chen, who is in charge of this area. He is responsible for compiling the list of reviewers."
Miao Chengyun glanced at the other person and then turned to look at Lu Yuan. Lu Yuan quickly nodded and handed over the stack of files he was holding to the other person.
"This is our file. I'll go find the other part for you now."
The other person hummed in response, then adjusted their glasses, opened the file, glanced inside, and didn't say anything more.
Lu Yuan turned around and patted Chen Mingming on the shoulder. Chen Mingming was stunned for a moment, then followed Lu Yuan away.
After leaving the crowd, Lu Yuan glanced at the other person and said, "Fill out your and your sister's personal information and give it to me."
Upon hearing Lu Yuan's words, the other party was taken aback.
"Don't just stand there like an idiot. We told you to fill it out, so hurry up and do it. They're all waiting. Do you not want to go through the review process?"
Liu Mingming opened his mouth in surprise, somewhat taken aback. After a long pause, he quickly nodded and said, "Thank you, big brother, thank you."

After speaking, Lu Yuan found Ma Bin and Zhou Tong in the group and took back everyone's files. At this moment, Liu Mingming had already filled out her file and excitedly handed it to Lu Yuan, seemingly wanting to say something more to express her gratitude, but Lu Yuan had already left.
