Long San felt a chill run down his spine upon hearing Lu Yuan's words.
"Aren't you being a bit too arrogant? There are a lot of procedures required to open a farm, and the qualification certificate from the grain supply department is particularly difficult to obtain. People are not even getting enough to eat these days, how are you going to feed livestock? Are you kidding me?"
Long San's tone carried a hint of anger.
"Think what you want, but this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I'm doing this for your sake. You can agree to this condition or not!"
Long San hesitated for a moment, then finally nodded: "Okay, I agree to your conditions and cooperate with you, but you must handle this matter for me. Any consequences are none of my concern!"
"Of course, no problem. I've already drafted the cooperation plan. If you have no objections, you can sign it. After you sign, let's go to the factory to get it stamped and notarized!"
As Lu Yuan spoke, he took out a crumpled piece of paper from his pocket and placed it on the table. This paper was a cooperation contract that he had prepared over the past few days.
Each point above was written after careful consideration. In order to prevent Long San from suddenly turning against him in the future cooperation process, he deliberately asked the other party to have a notarized document made at the factory. Once the notarized document is signed, he will have no chance to go back on his word and will have to fulfill his responsibilities.
"There's no need for notarization, is there? Do you really think my name, Long San, is worthless here?" Long San's brows furrowed slightly.
"Oh, Brother Long, how can I not believe you? We're just making a fair agreement. Are you afraid of something?"
Long San gritted his teeth, wanting to discuss it with others, but found that no one around him could help him. Feeling powerless, he became a little angry. Finally, he nodded, picked up a pen from the table, signed his name on the contract, and pressed his fingerprint.
At the notary office, I put the contract inside and uploaded it. Shortly after, the contract, signed and stamped with the notary seal, was printed out.
Lu Yuan smiled with satisfaction as he held the contract in his hand and extended his hand to Long San.
"Then, Brother Long, I wish us a successful collaboration!"
The other person gently shook hands with Lu Yuan, a hint of helplessness on their face.
"Just let me know if you need any manpower, as long as you help me get this done!"
After leaving Long San's office, Lu Yuan excitedly went to the factory area and found Han Wenzhou and others.
However, he did not tell his family about this, because his family would definitely not support him doing something so risky. But in order to give his family a better life, Lu Yuan had no choice but to do it behind their backs.
Seeing the contracts in Lu Yuan's hand, Han Wen nodded in satisfaction: "Not bad, the requirements here are very detailed. So how should we handle these three areas?"
Lu Yuan pondered for a moment, then looked at everyone and asked, "Which of these three districts do you think is the easiest to deal with?"
Zhou Tong thought for a while and said, "If you ask me, District 55 is the easiest to deal with. From the information I've gathered these past two days, Song Qiang doesn't like to use force, but he prefers money. If I had to say which of these three is the easiest to deal with, it would be him. As long as his conditions are met, he'll be fine!"
"Alright, in that case, let's start by targeting Song Qiang in District 55!"
"How should we proceed? Should we resolve this with force? Or..." Zhou Tong couldn't help but glance at Lu Yuan.
"We definitely can't resolve this by force. What's the difference between that and Long San? The other side has a lot of manpower. Last time, Long San's men didn't get away with it either. We can't go down that old path again!"
“But if we just go like this, they definitely won’t agree so easily, especially knowing that we’re from District 8. Then we’ll probably have to argue again!” Zhou Tong’s voice was a little heavy. He knew that this matter was definitely not easy to resolve.
"Isn't Song Qiang the kind of guy who likes to take advantage of others? Well then, let's let him take as much as he wants and see just how big his appetite really is!"
After Lu Yuan finished speaking, a glint of light flashed in his eyes as he looked toward District 55.
A few days later, a truck drove out of District 8. It was almost time to get off work, but the truck resolutely headed towards District 55.
Everyone in the factory area looked surprised.
"What's going on? Why is Old Chen going out so late today? Doesn't he know this road is difficult to travel on?"
"Yes, there seems to be a lot of food in this shipment today! I just saw them moving a lot of protein blocks in the back warehouse."
"Sigh, I wonder what kind of trouble he'll cause this time. Old Chen doesn't seem like the type to enjoy adventures!"
Just then, a man walked over from a distance, looking somewhat depressed and with a cigarette dangling from his mouth. Everyone was startled when they saw him.
"Old Chen? You didn't drive out? It looked like someone drove your car out just now. I thought it was you."
Old Chen looked at the truck that had already left the parking lot with a hint of doubt on his face: "It's a friend from the loading and unloading department. This guy insisted on borrowing a truck to go out. I don't really know what he's loading it with! I told him a long time ago not to go out so late, but he just wouldn't listen. He insisted on going out at this time. Sigh, I'm really worried. I hope my truck is okay!"
