Soon, Lu Yuan found a veteran from the military unit to take him to the perimeter of the nuclear power plant, and then walked back in along the roadside.
Having just finished the inspection, but before even reaching the research area in front of the nuclear power plant's office building, we heard a rapid buzzing sound from afar, and the lights in the distance of the entire nuclear power plant suddenly turned on.
Lu Yuan was slightly startled, then glanced behind him and saw that the guards who had been standing at the iron fence were now fully armed and had closed the large iron gate.

Then the other party slightly raised the muzzle of the gun, and Lu Yuan cursed inwardly.
However, Lu Yuan did not intend to argue with the other party. If a dispute did break out, although he had the ability to escape, it might cause some trouble. So Lu Yuan gently raised his hands to indicate that he would leave.

The explosion was very loud, the sound echoing throughout the area. Lu Yuan glanced over and saw flames shooting into the sky below the nuclear power plant's large chimney.
"Something's wrong! There's been an explosion over there! We need to get there and help!"
Upon seeing the distant flames, the captain immediately became alert. After looking at Lu Yuan, he said, "Mr. Lu, please leave now. We need to go provide support immediately. Please don't delay our work!"
Lu Yuan raised his hand in a gesture, then walked towards the iron gate. The other party slammed the gate shut with a click, and then immediately led several men, guns in hand, running towards the place where the flames were shooting up.
Seeing the group of people leave in a hurry, Lu Yuan did not leave immediately. Instead, he stood outside the barbed wire fence and looked towards the site of the explosion.
Several figures emerged from the flames. These people were tall and their bodies were wreathed in thick flames and smoke as they charged fiercely at the guards outside.
The guards immediately picked up their rifles and opened fire on the men whose clothes were on fire.
"Rat-a-tat-tat, rat-a-tat-tat," a burst of gunfire rang out, and "Fireman" fell to the ground after only a few steps. However, to Lu Yuan's surprise, even more figures rushed out from the flames. They were all extremely frenzied, pouncing on anyone they saw, not caring at all whether they were their teammates or not.
The nearby security personnel clearly didn't consider them their teammates either, and they all picked up their guns and opened fire without hesitation. Upon seeing this, Lu Yuan was immediately shocked.
"Damn it, what's wrong with these people? They're definitely hiding something from me! Could it be related to the sweatshop?"
Thinking about this, Lu Yuan pondered for a moment, then looked around. There were no surveillance cameras on the outer perimeter, and although the iron fence was tall, it couldn't keep him under control.
So Lu Yuan took out a pair of pliers from his dimensional space, gently cut a hole in the wire mesh large enough for him to enter, and then ran towards the office building.
Once inside the office building, the scene in the firelight became even clearer. People were pouring out of the fire, each one engulfed in flames.
However, not far from the flames, a cluster of machine gun bunkers had been built, with many soldiers on top firing machine guns at the people rushing out of the flames. Their faces showed no mercy, as if they were playing a game.
"Damn it, what's going on?"
Lu Yuan gritted his teeth slightly and continued walking forward in the direction of the office building. The further he walked, the higher the temperature became, accompanied by a burning smell.
Lu Yuan casually took out the testing equipment and checked it.
"It's not a nuclear leak! Could it be related to the situation inside?"
Looking around at the firelight again, I saw a huge exit in the flames, with a large sign hanging above it, though it was obscured by the thick smoke.
Lu Yuan could only identify a few letters from it and could not get any useful information.
Just then, a member of the guard team in the distance shouted loudly to his team members, "These damned monsters have charged out again! Quickly drive them back! Stop them immediately! Don't let a single one escape!"
