When Xiao Shan heard that Lu Yuan was not in the lab, she was immediately jolted, and an ominous premonition filled her heart.
"Lu Yuan hasn't been home for two days! Is he really not in the lab?"
Zhou Tong nodded: "Yes! How could I possibly hide this from you! You said Lu Yuan hasn't returned for two days? Could he be at the border? He's been incredibly busy lately!"

When Shen Hu heard that Lu Yuan's wife, Wei Xiaoshan, had driven over alone, he immediately frowned.
"Lu Yuan is such a cautious person, how could he let his wife wander around like this in the middle of the night! Don't block the car! I'll go check on her right away!"
After saying that, Shen Hu immediately got out of bed, put on his clothes, and ran outside.
When Xiao Shan's car arrived in front of the machinery factory, a group of people with flashlights blocked the road and began to inspect Wei Xiao Shan.
"I am Lu Yuan's wife, Wei Xiaoshan. This is my identification. Please let me go!"

The blond-haired man had a wicked smile on his face.
A cold glint flashed across Wei Xiaoshan's face. If it weren't for Lu Yuan's matter, she wouldn't have taken such a big risk to come here. She originally thought that these people would be more restrained in Shen Hu's territory in the Ninth District, but she didn't expect that they would still make a move when they knew her identity.
"Get out of my way! Or I'll get rough!" Xiao Shan said coldly to the blond-haired man.
"Hey ho! You've got quite a temper, huh! Haha! I love guys with character! Haha! Guys! You're in for a treat tonight! One by one, bring it on!"
Then the men next to him started laughing one by one.
Then, a man with a face covered in pimples reached out and grabbed at Xiaoshan.
Just then, Xiao Shan's face turned cold, and she kicked the other person away.
Having eaten so many golden fruits, Xiao Shan didn't know exactly how powerful she was, but dealing with a few thugs was no problem for her.
A cracking sound came from the man's chest, and then, while he was in mid-air, he spat out a large amount of blood. He was already dead when he fell to the ground.
Upon seeing this, Huang Mao felt a chill run down his spine and dared not underestimate Xiao Shan any longer.

After saying that, the blond-haired man pulled out an iron rod from the side and smashed it down on Xiao Shan's head.
Although Xiao Shan had eaten a lot of golden fruits, making her much stronger and faster than the average person, she wasn't very good at fighting, especially when surrounded by so many thugs, she didn't know how to defend herself for a moment.
Just as Xiao Shan was about to block Huang Mao's blow, a figure suddenly flashed before her eyes, and then a man reeking of smoke rushed over.
The next second, the blond-haired man's body flew out and crashed into a telephone pole, his back flipping backward 180 degrees. He was already dead when he fell to the ground.
The remaining thugs immediately stopped what they were doing, and looked at the person in front of Wei Xiaoshan with surprise.

"Don't be afraid of what you've done. Why did you do it in the first place if you regret it now? Lu Yuan is my brother, and Xiao Shan is my brother's wife. Then Shen Hu turned to look at Xiao Shan: "Xiao Shan, I'm really sorry, it was my subordinate who was ignorant. Do you think one arm is enough?"
