Led by Kuroko, the two finally arrived at the innermost building.
This building was built in imitation of ancient Chinese architecture and has a total height of seven stories.
The lobby on the first floor mainly serves as a reception area, a rest area for guests, and an entertainment area.
The second floor above is used to receive VIPs, while the third and fourth floors are where the company's senior executives work.
The fifth and sixth floors are basically the workplaces of some of the company's key personnel. As for the top floor, it is used to store all the company's confidential information and important items.
Upon arriving at the company gate, the beautiful receptionist smiled slightly and walked towards Hei Zi.
"Boss Hei, you've arrived."
Hei Zi nodded, then asked the other person, "Is President Chen upstairs right now?"
"Oh, Mr. Chen and his team are currently in contact with the Long Group. Why don't you wait on the third floor for a bit? I'll contact you again after the meeting!"
Hei Zi turned to look at Lu Yuan: "Why don't we go upstairs and wait for a bit?"
“Okay, take me on a tour. I don’t have anything to do right now, let them have their meeting first.”
Lu Yuan didn't come here to take over the company; he was planning to leave with his people, so he didn't intend to interfere in the company's affairs.
Hei Zi acted as a guide, introducing Lu Yuan to everything in the company. He would explain everything that Lu Yuan was interested in, as if he knew it like the back of his hand. It made Lu Yuan feel like he was being led to his own home by someone else, but instead, the other person was introducing him to his own home.
After walking around the company, Lu Yuan and Hei Zi still hadn't seen Chen Zhongzheng and the others finish their meeting. As they passed the second-floor reception room, they suddenly heard a fierce roar coming from inside.
"Your Long Group is going too far! We cannot agree to this!"
However, a gloomy voice suddenly rang out: "Hmm... President Chen, it seems you still haven't realized your own position. Now, among the middle management, your words are no longer of any use. We are only here to inform you, not to discuss anything with you!"
Chen Zhongzheng's voice was still hoarse, but it was full of anger, like a lion roaring in a low voice: "You are putting the people of the industrial zone to death! In this oppressive atmosphere, Lu Yuan originally intended to refuse, but when he thought about how pure everyone's thoughts were, he had no choice but to open his arms and embrace the other person.
Hei Zi stood aside, seemingly lost in thought, but Lu Yuan sensed that the other party didn't appear angry, so he gently patted Chen Yan on the back.
