Wang Qin's shouts continued to echo outside the Longshi Group building.
But after twenty minutes, there was still no response when Wang Qin called out that he was thirsty.
"Damn it! Why isn't anyone making a sound from inside?"
Wang Qin took the cup and drank it all in one gulp. Then he said to the special forces captain beside him, "How about... we send someone in to check on them? Let's make sure these guys don't do anything else that could cause trouble!"
The special forces captain looked at the other side and shook his head: "I'm sorry, we probably can't do it. Their firepower is too strong. If we force our way in now, the casualties will be too great!"
Wang Qin frowned slightly: "What do you mean? Are you just going to leave them like this? Don't forget your mission."
The other party showed Wang Qin no respect whatsoever, coldly saying to him, "Wang Qin, mind your place. You're just an employee sent here by the company. You have no right to talk to me like that. I'm the one in charge of the whole situation here."
After waiting for about ten more minutes, the special forces captain also became impatient.
"Send a robot in to check the situation now."
The team member next to him immediately nodded, then dragged a detection robot off the vehicle. After some handling, the robot successfully walked towards the building.
The group gathered around the robot's terminal computer, looking at the screen.
However, when the robot entered the building, it encountered no resistance, which puzzled everyone.
"Why didn't they shoot at the robot? Aren't they going to help others and then abandon them?"
The special forces captain frowned as he continued to direct the team members operating the robot to move it inside.
After overcoming the obstacles ahead, the robots successfully reached the interior of the building. However, when they saw what was inside, they were slightly taken aback.
"The captain seems...it seems like no one's here."
The special forces captain also noticed the situation, frowned, and then commanded, "Quickly, get the robot moving towards the second floor immediately!"
When the robot returned to the second floor, it found the situation was still the same. Apart from a few corpses left on the ground, there was no one else alive, as if these people had vanished into thin air.
Standing to the side, Wang Qin seemed to have thought of something, and suddenly recalled the scene when he came out of the industrial zone.
"No, no, something's definitely wrong. Have they cracked the security cameras here?"
The special forces members standing nearby glanced at their captain, who nodded gently without objection.
"Pull up the surveillance footage!"
So when the scene was brought up, although it was incomplete and many parts were missing, the scene inside the hall was still there. Then, the scene flashed and everyone disappeared from the screen, which startled everyone present.
Wang Qin's eyes widened in disbelief. He could hardly believe what had happened. Recalling his past experiences, he immediately thought of the dimensional crystal in Lu Yuan's hand.
"It must be that stone, it must be that stone!"
After saying that, Wang Qin ignored everything and rushed into the room quickly, leaning on his crutches. The special forces members saw him go in and immediately followed him in.
There were no obstacles in the hall. Apart from the mess and scattered items on the ground, there was nothing else left.
Upon seeing this, the special forces captain immediately ordered, "They definitely haven't left this building. The surveillance camera footage is definitely fake. Take your men upstairs and search immediately!"

The special forces captain turned his head and glanced at them, somewhat displeased: "If you have anything else to say, say it now, don't delay our work!"
At this moment, Wang Qin looked around, then picked up a piece of paper and a pen from the ground and drew the shape of the dimensional crystal on the paper.

With his current abilities, he simply cannot command these soldiers to help him search.
After a long while, Wang Qin took a deep breath, stared into the other person's eyes, and said, "If I tell you that all the people they brought have left this place, and that this information is verified, will you help me find this thing?"
After a moment's thought, the other party nodded slightly: "We can take a look at it while we're cleaning up the battlefield! But we have limited time, and this thing will likely be handed over to the garrison later!"
After saying that, the special forces captain left the room and began directing everyone to search upstairs.
Looking at the chaotic surroundings, Wang Qin began searching for traces of the dimensional crystal.
