Lu Yuan temporarily set the salary standard for grassroots employees at one thousand yuan per person per month, plus other additional bonuses. Through these monetary incentives, people in the space can gradually experience the benefits of work.
However, the city is still under development and in its early stages, so before a lot of infrastructure is completed, their daily lives consist of nothing but work, eating, and drinking, with no entertainment facilities available.
