If it cannot fly there in time, it will likely crash into the rubble, resulting in the destruction of the aircraft and the loss of life.
Zhou Tong, however, remained clenched in his teeth, his eyes fixed on the spot ahead. He couldn't care less about anything else at this point.
The aircraft's flight position was originally observed using the instrument panel, but Zhou Tong now kept his eyes fixed on the outside of the window.
The flight speed continued to decrease, but because it was so close to the ground, it felt incredibly fast, exceeding 300 kilometers per hour. Lu Yuan felt as if he were sitting on a missile launcher flying close to the ground.
Suddenly, a huge black shadow appeared ahead, and a shrunken red dot appeared on the sensor instrument, blocking the way.
Zhou Tong's heart tightened, and then he shouted loudly at Lu Yuan, "Sit tight and hold on!"
After saying that, when the plane was less than two hundred meters away from the dark figure, he suddenly adjusted the plane's flight direction.
Because it's not a car, the plane tilts when the direction is adjusted, and at that moment of tilting, some things in the rear cabin start to make a rattling sound.
Lu Yuan felt his right arm pressed against the hatch, and his entire body was pressed against it as well.
With a "whoosh," Lu Yuan felt a dark shadow flash past his head, and then another pile of ruins appeared in the road ahead.
At this moment, Zhou Tong adjusted the flight direction again, then swerved to the left, and the plane flew close to the ruins in front of it.
Then, Lu Yuan turned his head and looked over. As the tornado behind him passed over the ruins, it instantly sucked them into the storm.
Seeing this, Lu Yuan felt his heart race and his adrenaline surge.
This was the first time he had ever experienced such a thrilling flight, leaving him feeling cold sweat pouring down his body.
Then the road ahead opened up, and Zhou Tong finally breathed a sigh of relief, but suddenly a violent impact came from behind.
Lu Yuan quickly turned his head and looked over. The huge object that had been following them had crashed into the ice less than a hundred meters behind the tail of the plane, creating a huge crater in the ground.
When he saw the huge object crash into the ice, Lu Yuan felt his heart stop for a few seconds. Then he gasped for breath, as if there wasn't enough air around him.
Zhou Tong was covered in sweat, and the inside of the control lever he was holding was already slippery. He still gripped the steering wheel tightly, not daring to stop for even a moment, because the tornado behind them was still flying towards them.
Lu Yuan looked ahead again and saw that the clouds in the distance seemed to have become much brighter, which made him feel much more comfortable compared to the dark clouds behind him.
"Great! That cloud layer ahead is safe. Once we get there, we should be fine!"
Zhou Tong breathed a slight sigh of relief, then adjusted the plane's altitude again. The plane slowly ascended, and the huge tornado behind them seemed to know that it had reached the outer edge of the clouds and began to adjust its direction.
As time passed, a few minutes later, the tornado disappeared from Lu Yuan's sight. Zhou Tong felt sweaty all over. He checked the dashboard again and found that all the lights on the dashboard were on.
He quickly adjusted the helicopter's flight path and slowly landed it on a clearing in the distance.
The moment he landed, Zhou Tong felt as if all his strength had been drained away. He slumped into his seat, panting heavily.
"So exciting, so incredibly exciting! It's been so long since I've experienced anything like this. The last time I was flying was probably when I was on a special mission overseas, riding in a crazy guy's fighter jet. I never imagined I could pull off such extreme maneuvers this time. It seems that people really can unleash their full potential under the most dangerous circumstances!"
Lu Yuan also felt like he had survived a disaster. He shakily took out a pack of cigarettes from the armrest seat next to him and handed one to Zhou Tong. The two of them smoked silently in the cabin without saying a word.
After finishing a cigarette, Lu Yuan felt much better.
"Haha, that was really thrilling!"
Lu Yuan nodded slightly at Zhou Tong, a smile spreading across his face: "Damn, it seems I might have to give up this skill of piloting airplanes in the future. It's just too exciting! My heart can't take it!"
Zhou Tong patted Lu Yuan on the shoulder, then pointed to a small gap above his head: "Check the plane first. I suspect the cabin is riddled with holes. We almost got caught in a tornado just now. If we had been pulled in, it would have torn us to pieces!"
Lu Yuan smiled and then took out the necklace from his neck: "Actually, I was prepared long ago. The moment we are caught in the tornado, I will take us into the dimensional space. However, I don't know where the dimensional crystal necklace will be taken after entering the dimensional space!"
"Forget it, you should keep your things safe. If these tornadoes don't stop anytime soon and blow us somewhere, we're really doomed!"
Lu Yuan sighed and then pushed open the cabin door.
