The soldiers outside immediately saluted: "Yes, General Charles, we'll get right away!"
Then several people opened the gate, and General Charles walked in with light steps.
After passing through the walled area, what came into view was a place resembling a concentration camp made of reinforced concrete.
This place covers an area of several square kilometers and is filled with individual houses, each about 20 square meters in size, holding nearly 50 people.
Everyone in the room was pale and thin. They sat or lay down, listlessly looking out the window.
General Charles walked down the dark corridor, and when he reached the end, he whispered to the clerk beside him, "The man in cell number sixty-two doesn't look too well; he'll be our food for today!"
The clerk nodded immediately, then whispered a few words to the people beside him. They discussed this issue as if it were a casual conversation about what to have for dinner, without any sense of impropriety.
Then, several soldiers, armed with rifles and guns, opened the door to cell number 62.
Upon seeing the door open, the people inside showed panic on their faces, and they desperately retreated with their last remaining strength.
Their expressions were like lambs to the slaughter, each one looking pitiful. The soldiers shone their flashlights inside and saw that these people were all pale-faced, emanating a foul odor, and covered in mud that completely obscured their original skin.
After the soldiers finished counting the number of people inside, they nodded to the people outside. Then another soldier pulled up a fire hydrant from the wall, connected the water pipe, and turned on the valve.
"Hiss, hiss, hiss," the icy water sprayed towards the people inside the prison, and everyone shivered and screamed desperately, but the soldiers outside continued to work expressionlessly.
Only after all the mud and grime on them had been washed off did the soldiers outside with water guns turn off the valve with satisfaction.
Stepping on the sewage on the ground, several soldiers went inside and chained all the people's hands, then dragged them away from the stinking cell.
Most of these people were wearing thin clothes, and some didn't even have any clothes at all. The men and women were locked up together.
Once outside, illuminated by the bright headlights, it became clear that the people there had diverse skin colors, including Asians, Blacks, and Caucasians.
General Charles sat to one side, smoking a cigar, and nodded to the people beside him. Several soldiers immediately drew their guns, aimed at the men, and began firing.
Blood flowed freely on the ground. Only after the blood had dried did the soldiers drag the people to another room, where several long iron tables were placed, with various knives on them.
What followed was a scene of utter devastation, like a living hell.
About an hour later, a whistle blew from inside the mess hall, and all the soldiers rushed inside and sat down quietly.
Spoonfuls of foul-smelling food were poured into everyone's bowls, and everyone excitedly picked up their bowls and chopsticks and began to eat.
General Charles picked up his knife and fork and gently put a piece of something from the bowl—which he couldn't tell which part of the body it was cut from—into his mouth.
His expression was slightly unpleasant, but in order to fill his stomach, he still frowned and finished the plate of food.
And at this moment, in the dimensional space.
Lu Yuan and the other two squatted quietly in an open space, reflecting on what had just happened.
Zhou Tong had experienced a direct order attack before, so he wasn't particularly afraid.
Lu Yuan had seen the guide leaflet before, and having experienced various dangerous situations over the years, and having only seen a point of light in the sky, he didn't have such a strong reaction.
Fang Yuan had never experienced anything like this before. She sat there for a long time, still unable to recover from her fear. After a while, she began to fly into a rage and curse those who attacked them.
Thinking about this, Lu Yuan felt a chill of fear. After smoking a few cigarettes, he suddenly realized that there must be someone in this place.
"Brother, I think this was done by people from Mexico. They must have spies here. Of course, there's another possibility: the people here are very territorial. We trespassed, so if we wanted to get through, we should have greeted them or identified ourselves!"
After pondering for a moment, Lu Yuan shook his head: "They didn't even ask any questions before launching several missiles. It's obviously premeditated. How about this, let's not bring the planes this time. Let's see if we can discover any secrets, find out how many of them there are, and what the situation is like inside!"
After discussing it, Zhou Tong decided to follow Lu Yuan's advice and walk over to see what these people were up to. However, this time Lu Yuan dared not be careless. He took the special forces members out with him, since they were facing a group of vicious people who would open fire on sight without even exchanging words.
So when everyone left the dimensional space again, they searched everywhere for various scattered items. First, they examined the ground where it had been bombed, and then they found some fragments of a bulletin board nearby. After analysis, they discovered that these items were actually made in the United States.
"From the United States? Does this mean there are US troops stationed here?"
