Upon seeing the enormous tentacle, Lu Yuan was overjoyed.
"That's great, I'm glad you're alright. It seems that giant octopus monster was no match for you."
A smug look flashed in the giant beast's eyes, and like a child who had just received a toy, it showed Lu Yuan the octopus head that had been chewed to pieces in its mouth.
As the enormous tentacle was swallowed whole by the beast with a slight tilt of its head, Lu Yuan nodded in satisfaction.
"That's great. So there shouldn't be any danger for the next hundred kilometers or so."
Then, Lu Yuan waved to Zhou Tong on the deck, then drove the speedboat to the front of the ship, grabbed the spiral ladder and climbed up.
"It's all settled. The octopus monster threat is gone, and there's no danger for the next hundred kilometers."
Almost all the crew members on the ship witnessed what had just happened, and they were curious about how Lu Yuan had tamed this enormous monster.
Although they did not see the behemoth's complete body, they could tell from its enormous mouth that the monster must have been over a hundred meters long.

Freeman and the others standing on the shore waved to Lu Yuan. Lu Yuan, standing on the deck at the back of the ship, waved back to them. This time, they might not have many more chances to meet.
As the battleships gradually increased their speed, two watermarks appeared on the sea surface, one left by the battleships and the other by the behemoths.
The behemoth maintained a speed equal to that of the battleship, traveling about twenty kilometers ahead of the ship.
Finally, they reached the sea area a hundred kilometers away. Lu Yuan ordered the ship to stop for a while and wait for the giant beast to clear out the monsters in front of them.
So Lu Yuan once again took the small boat down below, and gently patted the sea surface, causing the giant beast to emerge from the water.
"There are many monsters ahead, be careful!"

Lu Yuan stood on the deck, staring intently at the distant sea. He was worried that the giant beast would be harmed in this battle. As the giant beast swam forward, the distant sea suddenly became turbulent, as if boiling water, and the entire sea began to surge.
Lu Yuan could even see the distant sea surface, where monsters would occasionally surface from time to time.
In the areas where these monsters appear, the bodies of the giant beasts are occasionally revealed.
