Chapter 914 Another New Planet

Lu Yuan did not resist and followed the two men to the front of the group.

The people on both sides of the road were looking at him with surprise, their eyes filled with curiosity.

Next, Lu Yuan followed the two to the front of the group. After a brief conversation, the two led Lu Yuan to the front of the ship.

"Please go up! But before you go up, I need to tell you a few things you need to be aware of!"

The other person's expression was very serious, and he spoke very respectfully, which made Lu Yuan feel slightly uncomfortable.

"Holy crap! And they're actually pretty polite! Does this mean they just copied me outright?"

Lu Yuan felt a pang of anxiety and continued to wait for the other party to speak.

"First of all, you might feel a little uncomfortable once you're on board the ship, which is normal!"

Lu Yuan nodded.

"Secondly, many of the buttons on the ship are very important, so please keep your hands in the appropriate places! We will be watching your movements at all times! Please do not let us see you do anything impolite!"

Lu Yuan shrugged again, inwardly expressing his dissatisfaction with these people who liked to talk nonsense.

The other person seemed not to understand what the shrug meant, and frowned slightly before asking, "Did you understand just now?"

"Okay! I understand! Please continue!"

Lu Yuan has no idea what kind of treatment he will receive next. He feels no sense of belonging here at all. Rather than waiting in line with these people for an unknown future, he might as well go with them and see what happens. Maybe there will be a turning point.

Then the other party went on and on about a dozen requirements, which can be summed up in one sentence.

You lowly people should suppress your curiosity, don't pry into our things, don't touch anything we own, and don't be surprised by what you see.

In response, Lu Yuan could only mentally give the other party the middle finger.

Then, Lu Yuan boarded the warship.

Soon, the warship slowly rose under the pilot's control.

The warship then adjusted its position in the air and began to fly back in the direction they had come from.

At first, Lu Yuan didn't feel much of the speed, but as the warship's speed increased, he realized that what the two people had told him at the beginning wasn't just empty talk.

The tightness in his chest and dizziness kept intensifying, and Lu Yuan couldn't even see things clearly outside the window.

Because the warships were moving so fast, the distant scenery was stretched into thin strands.

Lu Yuan's body was pressed tightly against the seat, as if a strong man weighing several hundred pounds was pressing down on his chest. Lu Yuan even felt that his ribs were about to be broken.

Left with no other choice, Lu Yuan could only open his mouth as wide as possible to let air into his chest.

Lu Yuan didn't know how long this feeling lasted, but he felt that he had finally gotten used to it.

Lu Yuan even considered a possibility: could the acceleration force experienced by the astronauts during the launch of the manned spacecraft that he had seen on TV be stronger than this?

Finally, the warship docked on a strange planet.

That's right, they've arrived on another planet now.

Then the warship's hatch opened, and the two men unbuckled their seatbelts and turned to look at Lu Yuan, whose face was somewhat pale.

"How are you?"

Lu Yuan nodded: "I have a name! My name is Lu Yuan, please stop calling me by my number, okay?"

The two men exchanged a glance and then nodded slightly: "Alright, Mr. Lu Yuan, you have the right to make that request! Now we're taking you to the evidence examination office. We hope you'll cooperate fully with the people there!"

Lu Yuan was slightly taken aback: "Evidence Examination Department? What does this have to do with me?"

The two men shook their heads: "We don't know! We can't answer any of your questions right now! Please come with us!"

After saying that, the two men, one on each side, supported Lu Yuan and walked towards a building in the distance.

This new planet is quite different from the one Lu Yuan was on before. The environment here isn't exactly great, but at least there's some vegetation cover.

Although the sparse patches look like alopecia areata, it's still better than a barren planet with nothing at all.

The two followed them into the elevator, where they gently placed their hands on the control switch.

Soon the numbers on the elevator display screen were flashing rapidly.

Before long, their elevator finally arrived at their destination.

The moment the elevator doors opened, Lu Yuan felt as if he had entered a futuristic sci-fi world.

Everywhere was a technological white color, and the smooth road surface looked very clean and spotless. Lu Yuan was even worried that stepping on it would dirty the place.

The walls were all white, with some gray-blue glass. Behind the glass were individual rooms where many people were working.

However, their working methods were quite different from those Lu Yuan had seen.

They wore something resembling headphones on their heads, except that the two earpieces were attached to their temples. In front of their eyes were high-tech glasses, which were curved planes with various numbers and images flashing constantly.

As Lu Yuan walked, he noticed that there were many ventilation holes in the middle of the road. These ventilation holes were not only for ventilation, but also for blowing things through to different floors. People who needed to pick up their packages could simply place their hands in the holes to retrieve what they needed.

There were no lights around, but it was very bright.

Quickly, the two led Lu Yuan to the door of a room where several people dressed in gray were working in front of various computers and large screens.

The two stopped in front of the gate and gently pressed the button inside.

Before long, a person ran over quickly, and when he saw Lu Yuan with the two people, a look of surprise immediately appeared on his face.

"Great! They've finally arrived! Come on in!"

After saying that, the other person looked Lu Yuan up and down and asked, "You must be Mr. Lu Yuan from Earth?"

Lu Yuan was surprised to see that the other person actually knew him.

You know me?

"Haha! Of course we know! We also know about the disaster that's currently unfolding on your Earth!"

Hearing this, Lu Yuan immediately felt he had come to the right place. He had countless questions he wanted to ask, and it seemed he could finally get all the answers he needed to know today.
