With a deafening roar, the submarine was snapped in two. The fuel tank exploded underwater due to a ruptured fuel tank. The behemoth lost countless teeth in the explosion and began to plummet uncontrollably.
Seeing the flames soaring into the sky in the distance, Lu Yuan was shocked. Although the giant beast had previously intended to kill him, it had helped him solve many problems during the long voyage since becoming his partner.
This behemoth is as intelligent as a child; it will obey almost any command given, and a few golden fruits are enough to make it happy.
He had already regarded the behemoth as his partner, and seeing his partner being blown to pieces by the submarine, Lu Yuan's heart clenched. Blood flowed everywhere in the sea, staining the surrounding waters red.
He immediately removed the respirator from his mouth, and with a gentle movement of his hand, a golden fruit appeared. He swallowed the golden fruit directly into his mouth with the seawater. Lu Yuan swam forward along the giant beast's body. When he reached the beast's head, he discovered a huge crater more than two meters in diameter in front of him. This crater was the giant beast's eye. He gently patted the giant beast's head, but this time the beast did not respond.

Is the giant beast dead?
Lu Yuan simply couldn't believe that this enormous creature could have died in the explosion. So, with a thought, the beast's body vanished into the sea, and a huge creature suddenly appeared in the pond. Lu Yuan swam forward desperately.
He swam to a slightly calmer spot on the seabed before diving into the dimensional space.
The small pond in this space was almost completely filled by the giant beast's body. Because Lu Yuan had modified the pond beforehand, when the giant beast's body landed, the water in the pond spread outwards quite a bit, but it did not flood too much of the land.
At this moment, the blood flowing from the wounds in the giant beast's body instantly stained the water in the pond bright red. Lu Yuan gently walked to the edge of the pond and reached out to stroke the huge dorsal fin, which resembled a rockery. Many of the scales on it had been peeled off due to the explosion.
Lu Yuan gently called out to the giant beast a few times, but the beast still did not respond.

Seemingly hearing Lu Yuan's voice, the giant beast slowly opened its remaining eye a crack. Its gaze held a gentle light, like a soldier who had completed a mission looking at its superior. It seemed to be saying, "I've finished my mission and want to get some sleep."
"Don't sleep, eat something first."
The bitterness in Lu Yuan's heart made him curse. The giant beast's eyes seemed to close slowly out of control. Lu Yuan quickly took out all the remaining fruits from his dimensional space.
"I command you. Eat all of these fruits now."
The giant beast slowly closed its eyes, and its massive body tilted slightly as it fell to the side of the pond.
"No, we have to think of a way."
Thinking of this, Lu Yuan circled the edge of the pond and finally found a hole on the left cheek of the giant beast that was big enough for a person to enter. The hole had been blown open in the explosion. Lu Yuan carried the fruit in his hand and climbed in.
The cheek hairs were like iron pillars. Lu Yuan carefully avoided them and noticed that the giant beast's gills would occasionally twitch, though very weakly, indicating that the beast was still breathing.
"Phew! You're not dead yet, that's good. I'll save your life right now."
Lu Yuan steeled his resolve, took the fruit, and strode into the beast's mouth, placing it on its tongue. The giant beast sensed something on its tongue, its tongue curling slightly. Lu Yuan quickly removed his tongue, and the fruit slid instantly into its stomach.
After the giant beast ate the fruit, it seemed to fall asleep without making any noise. Lu Yuan climbed out again, waiting for the golden fruit to take effect, but the blind eye could not be restored.
