They sat down on a rock to rest for a while. The others also felt exhausted and had no strength left to walk, so they had to stop and rest.
Lu Yuan looked back at the exhausted group and felt somewhat helpless. His physical strength was much better than theirs, but he still couldn't be much faster.
So he stood there and waited for everyone. After about half an hour, everyone finally caught up with his pace.

They needed to find a sheltered place, otherwise they really wouldn't be able to get through the night in this valley.
So Lu Yuan had to pull the rope in front to handle the situation, and everyone moved forward little by little until they finally reached a place where many stones were piled up on the ground. Lu Yuan saw hope.
"Everyone, give it your all! We'll be there soon. Although the wind is strong here, there are lots of rocks. We need to build a house here as soon as possible before it gets dark, otherwise the night wind will freeze us to death!"
Everyone nodded, and one by one they gritted their teeth and came forward.
There were many large and small stones piled up on the road ahead. The group moved these stones together and built a large wall.
After testing the sturdiness of the wall and confirming that it wouldn't collapse, Lu Yuan found tents to set up inside, so that everyone could survive inside.
As darkness fell, the group huddled around a campfire in their tents, listening to the whistling wind outside, and a wave of emotions washed over them.
"Do you think the giant dragon in these mountains really has the world-destroying power that Sean said it to do?"
"Is this dragon level three or level four? If it's level four, should we continue trying to steal the dragon egg here? I think it's too risky!"

Lu Yuanchuan was in his fleece sleeping bag, listening to the wind outside but unable to fall asleep.

With his other ear, Lu Yuan listened to the sounds coming from inside the tent. Everyone was still fast asleep and hadn't woken up. Lu Yuan seriously suspected that he was having a nightmare, because the loud noise just now seemed to have really happened in a dream.
He shook his head with a wry smile and glanced down at the time.
It was already 3 a.m. There was still a long time before dawn.
Lu Yuan yawned and crawled back into his sleeping bag to go to sleep, just as he was about to fall asleep...
Boom!
Another loud bang was heard.
Lu Yuan was no longer calm. If the commotion just now was a meteorite falling, then this sound couldn't possibly be a meteorite falling too, could it?
Suddenly, an idea popped into Lu Yuan's mind.
"Could it be a fourth-tier mutated dragon? I heard that the dragon in the canyon has reached the fourth tier. Could it be that the noise coming from inside is from it?"

At this moment, the family members inside the tent slowly woke up, rubbing their eyes and looking at the dark tent.
"What happened?"

Then, Lu's mother crawled out of her sleeping bag.
"Yes, what happened? Was there an earthquake just now?"
"I don't know, there were two rumbling sounds just now, I thought I was dreaming!"
"Sigh, they're all awake. Since they're all awake, why don't we go check it out and see what's going on? Hopefully it's not an earthquake!"
As they talked, they started getting dressed.
After changing their clothes, the group packed up the tent and used flashlights to search for the cause in the distance.
Because the canyon is winding and meandering, their flashlight beams couldn't reach very far.
