The factory gate was locked, but that didn't stop Lu Yuan. He took out a fire axe he was carrying and smashed it hard against the lock. The lock was broken immediately, and Lu Yuan gently opened the gate. A rattling sound came from inside.
Lu Yuan wasn't paying attention and was swept out by some white plastic particles that surged out from inside.
"Holy crap! Isn't this the raw material for that new type of material? There's so much of it?"
Lu Yuan desperately tried to close the door, and finally managed to close it again after a great deal of effort. He then casually took out a spherical raw material from the water. Lu Yuan found that this raw material was very light, and he could hardly feel its weight in his hand.
Then Lu Yuan opened the door a crack and looked inside. He saw that the warehouse was full of this material, and some of it was in packaging bags. However, it seemed that rats had chewed through the bags, so the raw materials inside were scattered everywhere and floated outside after being soaked in water.
Seeing the room full of these materials, Lu Yuan had an idea: to find some technical personnel to process them. After all, he didn't have any experience in this area. If he wanted to make a roof that could protect against rain and the bloodthirsty black beetles, he needed to find suitable people. Otherwise, it would be a waste to have so many raw materials.
Thinking of this, Lu Yuan quickly found some wire to fix the iron gate, and then rowed the small boat home.
When Wei Xiaoshan saw Lu Yuan, she noticed his delighted expression and quickly asked, "What's wrong? Why are you so happy?"

After interviewing the first few people, Lu Yuan felt that continuing the interviews in this way was too slow, so he decided to have them fill out their resumes and then conduct practical exercises.
Since there was no equipment, Lu Yuan specially asked Sun Zhe to take two people to the Luo family's new factory to get a small melting and casting device.

After reviewing the resumes, it was time for practical training. Lu Yuan didn't immediately dismiss the few less skilled individuals among those who remained. Instead, he kept them. He wasn't selecting people based on experience or inexperience, but rather on their character. If anyone was disobedient or had any malicious intentions, Lu Yuan would immediately dismiss them.
The first day of interviews finally came to an end. Lu Yuan kept fifteen people and sent the rest away. Among them were some capable technicians, but what Lu Yuan needed now was an obedient person, not an unruly expert.
Wei Xiaoshan, who had been acting as a secretary for a day, remarked with some emotion, "So many people came, and you only kept a dozen or so. Isn't the selection process a bit too strict?"
Lu Yuan smiled and said, "Strict? Of course we have to be strict, otherwise these people will sneak in and freeload, and we won't have enough food for them! So we have to be careful in selecting people!"
Wei Xiaoshan shrugged and said, "Okay! Whatever you say! But I've noticed you seem like a different person these past two days!"
Lu Yuan looked at Wei Xiaoshan pointing at him suspiciously and said, "You're saying I've changed? No way! How have I changed?"
