Chapter 11 "She said my voice is better than yours..."
When he entered, a light drizzle was falling outside, not raindrops but fine, continuous strands of rain. It was not very loud, more like relaxing white noise. He said he had a few pages left in his book and would wait for him to finish reading.
You know you're being very insensitive, but you don't like being interrupted halfway through doing something, so you can only ask him to wait a little while.
You said you were reading, and you were seriously looking down and reading attentively. Anyway, there were only a few pages left. When you got to the last page, Itachi seemed to have timed it perfectly, pulling you into his arms from behind, taking the book from your hands, closing it, and placing it on the bedside table. Then you heard his voice again, "Stop reading, look at me."
For some reason, you later forgot what made you chuckle. Anyway, you just laughed. You turned around and looked directly into his eyes. They say you shouldn't look directly into the eyes of an Uchiha because the Sharingan is too terrifying, but you don't think so. You once held Itachi's face in your hands and said to him, "Let me see your one-tomoe Sharingan," and then "Your two-tomoe Sharingan." This behavior was like carrying a black cat back and forth between the sunlight and indoors to observe the changes in the size of the cat's pupils.
"Okay, do you have any clues now?" you said. When Itachi put the book on the bedside table, he turned off the bedside lamp. Now the only light source in the room is the moonlight outside. Your face is hidden in that hazy, ambiguous shadow. He can see clearly the cunning in your eyes.
"I've studied it," he said earnestly. If you pressed him for details, he could even list the books he had read. He was a good student who knew to study in advance.
You sigh, "Learning and doing are different. Fine, I'll teach you."
"First, a kiss." You said, tracing his lips with your fingertips; the boy's lips were beautifully shaped.
Your kisses were as gentle as feathers, so light and airy, yet they rippled through his heart.
Learning anything is a gradual process. You lower your eyes. Literature always says that closing your eyes shows the sincerity of a kiss, but you don't believe in that. You mean, if you close your eyes, how can you catch the other person's trembling eyelashes?
It would be a shame to miss these moments, so you looked very carefully, and the kiss was very careful. As you said before, he is a good student, quick to understand and able to apply what he has learned to other situations, so you were not surprised when his arms wrapped around your waist and abdomen, mimicking your movements little by little.
My breathing became slightly erratic.
The long kiss ended with foreheads touching.
My lips were lightly bitten again. Well, the curtain hasn't completely fallen yet; another scene has been added.
But all of this is just a prelude to the main event; you are the guide, leading his finger across the map.
"These are the key points." He stopped his finger on a certain spot, thinking to himself that he really looked like a teacher highlighting important points.
The boy leaned forward slightly and said, "I know, I've read about it in a book."
Reading about it and actually putting it into practice are different. He was a little troubled by the calluses left on his fingertips from his cultivation. Wouldn't they be rough?
He considered things so meticulously that he even used his tongue, which always spoke in a cryptic manner, to do so without any instruction. His drooping nape pressed out a slender and graceful line, and your fingers ran through his long hair.
The rain outside the window intensified little by little, just like the boy's movements.
Finally, the raindrops pattered against the window, straightening the translucent glass.
Under the soft moonlight, her lower abdomen also appeared taut and straight.
Raindrops slid down the window, and the boy inside looked as if he had been caught in the rain, water droplets shaking off his eyelashes.
He had tasted raindrops before, but this was the first time he had ever tasted water droplets.
He lowered his eyes and carefully licked the water droplets off his fingers, somewhat like a black cat licking its paws.
Hold his wrist, interlock your fingers, palm to palm, and this time look down at him from above.
A true ninja is one who can endure even in a situation like this. Sigh, you lean down and whisper in his ear, "It's okay, your voice sounds beautiful right now, I like it."
Before this, you had never said you liked his voice. You even praised Zhishui's voice as very magnetic in front of him. You were doing it on purpose, preferring to praise others rather than give him a compliment.
And then, of all times, you say you like me. He knows you have a really bad temper, but he still... does what you said, and says in a slightly nasal voice, "Just now?"
You leaned forward, laughing so hard your body trembled slightly, "Why are you being so petty?"
He was worried you'd bump into the bedside table, and even now he was still concerned, supporting your waist.
His throat was a little itchy, a side effect of all the sounds you like to hear accumulating.
You keenly noticed this, pinched his chin, and a dissonant voice poured out from between your lips.
His lover was wicked, malicious, and yet irreplaceable.

Two long-haired people huddled together, and the result of waking up was that their hair was tangled together. You angrily asked Itachi to untangle your hair while you yawned repeatedly.
"Didn't you sleep well?" he asked, a little surprised. According to the books he had read, women's sleep quality should generally improve after that. Was he doing something wrong?
"Yeah, because you've been bothering me." You moved your head, your hair was tugged, and you gasped. "Ouch, I'm not just talking about your hair."
Itachi smiled gently and untangled all your hair, pressing his forehead against yours affectionately, "Sorry, it won't happen again."
Okay, you have to admit he does have a good service attitude, and you enjoyed excellent service yesterday, so even your morning grumpiness wasn't that bad.
The tender atmosphere was interrupted by Sasuke's knock on the door. He said, "Aki, breakfast is ready. Get up quickly."
You get up and go to the bathroom to wash up. Itachi takes off the sheets, duvet cover and pillowcases and puts them in your bathroom laundry basket. Before leaving, he asks you if there is anything else you need to wash.
You shook your head while brushing your teeth, and he then picked up the laundry basket and left your room, carrying the dirty clothes to the laundry room. On the way, he ran into Sasuke, who said, "Brother, breakfast is ready." After saying this, he took a few steps but then turned back, returning to his brother Itachi's side. He glanced at his laundry basket and asked, "Isn't this Mingxi's laundry basket? Does she even need you to wash her dirty clothes now?"
These words carried a hint of frustration, and it was unclear who she was angry at. Was she angry that they had become this close?
However, if it's family, it seems reasonable for them to help you with these things. Sasuke frowned, conflicted. Itachi put the laundry basket in the laundry room and said to Sasuke, "Sasuke, go have breakfast first. I'll come over later."
"Ah, um..." Sasuke responded.
After washing up, you arrived at the restaurant first, took a sip of warm honey water, and smiled and nodded at Sasuke when you saw him.
Sasuke's intuition told him that something seemed off about you, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. He sat down opposite you and was secretly observing you while you ate breakfast. You drank half a glass of honey water. At that moment, his brother Itachi also came to the restaurant, but you didn't greet him. Your relationship with his brother seemed to be as bland as before, not particularly good. This inexplicably put Sasuke at ease.
After you finished eating a piece of toast, you took your plate to the kitchen to wash the dishes. Sasuke noticed his brother casually pick up the half-empty glass of honey water you had drunk from and take a sip. His eyes swept over you, and he asked in confusion, "What's wrong?"
Sasuke said, "That's Aki's honey water."
“It’s too sweet for her,” he simply said, before finishing the rest of the honey water.
This is so strange... it's getting stranger and stranger.
Sasuke forced himself to finish breakfast, and then went to see you in the afternoon to play karuta, but he knew that playing karuta was just a pretext; his main purpose was simply to see you.
"Playing Hanafuda?" You turned around, sitting by the window looking at a picture book. A few strands of long black hair slid from your shoulders to your chest. You were backlit, and your profile seemed to glow slightly. Sasuke took the deck of Hanafuda, walked to the low table, and placed it on it. When he looked up again, he caught a glimpse of a red mark on the back of your neck, barely visible beneath your long black hair. He said, "What happened to your neck?"
"What?"
"There—it looks red. Are you injured? Did you bump into something?" Sasuke was more concerned about the wound than you were. Perhaps this was the starting point to understand why you were acting so strangely today. He walked behind you, and you brushed your hair to one side, revealing the back of your neck, which was adorned with a few light red marks.
He said, "I'll go get the ointment."
You wanted to say it wasn't necessary, since you already guessed where the mark came from, but Sasuke didn't hear you and rushed out to find the ointment.
He twisted open the ointment, dabbed a little with his little finger, and applied it to the affected area of skin. He asked, "Was it a mosquito bite?"
You answered absentmindedly, "Ah... I was bitten."
By omitting the subject, this statement appears ambiguous and vague.
As for Itachi, Shisui's joy was palpable when they met today, and as Itachi's friend, he asked, "Did something good happen?"
Itachi thought for a moment, then said out of the blue, "Aki complimented my voice."
"Is that all?" Shisui asked blankly. He knew that Itachi did like you, but he didn't think you would be this happy because of a compliment.
“Yes, that’s all,” Itachi said, smiling slightly. “She said my voice is nicer than yours.”
