Ya Zi sighed, "Jiu Ling, do you think we might die here?"
"Die here? Brother, you mean we're going to be trapped here and die?"
Yue Jiuling casually plucked a blade of grass from the ground, chewed on it, and said, "That's impossible. "But I can't let you die! This black energy is absorbing our soul power; you'll die!"
Upon hearing Ya Zi's words, Yue Jiuling immediately became anxious. She desperately tried to get out of Ya Zi's body, but Ya Zi held her down tightly, preventing her from leaving.
"Yazi! What are you doing?! I don't want to drag you into this!"
Seeing Ya Zi's state, Yue Jiuling was almost in tears. Staring at Ya Zi's face with slightly red eyes, she said, "I'm not worth this, Young Master Long! I can't drag you down with me!"
"It's worth it."
Ya Zi was already feeling his soul weakening. He thought to himself that the inner demon's formation was really powerful, even his great demon soul was about to break down.
