Chapter 1210 The Magician

Kōyū learned about Kaito Kuroba from television.

Of course, the Kaito Kuroba on TV should be called Kaito Kid.

He wanted to treat Kaito Kuroba to a big meal as a token of his appreciation.

If it weren't for Kaito Kuroba's timely intervention last time, he would have been doomed.

He had no way to repay this life-saving grace.

Offering himself in marriage wouldn't be a good idea, and he had no interest in fencing.

Treating Kaito Kuroba to a big meal is no problem.

If he doesn't like eating out, he can cook for himself.

He was quite confident in his cooking skills.

It is comparable to those star-rated restaurants.

Having this idea, Kōyū immediately sent a message to Kōto Kuroba.

Ask him if he's free this weekend.

If you have time, treat him to a big meal.

He decides where to eat and what to eat.

After sending a text message to Kaito Kuroba, Kōyū put his phone aside and continued taking a bath.

For some reason, he always felt like he had forgotten something important.

As with most of the time, after this happened, he couldn't remember it no matter how hard he tried.

With the thought that he might remember it unexpectedly when he looked back, Guangyou stopped worrying about what he had forgotten and wholeheartedly enjoyed the moment.

...

By the time he finished his bath and returned to his room, Conan had already composed himself.

As soon as he entered, Conan said to him:

"You're right."

"Being stubborn is not a good thing."

"As long as we can destroy that organization in the end, I'll be able to recover."

"Put your clothes on the chair," Kōyū said to Conan.

"Don't worry, it's just that there's nothing to do right now."

"In the final battle, a fight will definitely be inevitable."

"You can provide remote support using tools at that time."

"For example, I can attach several portable cameras and thermal sensors to my body."

"Keep an eye out for me from behind, so we don't get ambushed, and you can also give us advice."

"I certainly won't let you just stand by and watch the whole time."

He kept saying that there was nothing to do at the moment.

When the final battle comes, there will be a lot of things to do.

Hearing this, Conan felt much better.

His facial expression conveyed this.

Then he said:

"That's good."

"I don't want my case to end without me being really involved."

"Don't worry, don't worry, that won't happen."

After reassuring Conan once again, Kōyū threw off the covers and hid under the covers.

He leaned against the headboard, holding his phone in his hand.

Kaito Kuroba just replied to my message, but I was taking a bath at the time and didn't see it.

In his reply, Kaito Kuroba not only said he was free, but also said he would make him bleed a lot.

In addition, he asked if he could bring people along.

It goes without saying that Kaito Kuroba wanted to bring Aoko along as well.

This is certainly not a problem, and Kousuke is not discussing any confidential matters with Kaito Kuroba.

Even if we were to discuss it, we could have avoided Aoko.

They agreed to meet this Friday night, and after chatting casually for a few minutes, Kaito Kuroba went about their own business.

Chats between boys are usually very brief.

We only talk more when we encounter certain special topics, such as:

Games, color-related activities, etc.

I don't talk much about my recent life.

I can't be sure about other boys, but that's just how Guangyou is.

After confirming this, Kōyū opened his text message history with Ai.

After hesitating for a moment, he still didn't send it.

He was worried that Ai was at a crucial stage in her research and that texting her would disturb her.

Perhaps it was a meeting of minds, or perhaps it was just pure luck.

Just as he was about to put his phone away, Ai sent him a text message.

He came to tell him that today's research was over.

Seeing that Ai had stopped studying the text, Kōyū felt relieved and started texting with her.

...

Friday arrived in the blink of an eye.

After school at Teitan Elementary School, Kōyū took Ai back home.

Besides reminding her not to overwork herself, he also told her about his plans for the day.

Immediately afterwards, he took the tram to Ekoda High School.

Ekoda High School lets out a little later than Teitan Elementary School.

When he arrived at Ekoda High School, Kaito Kuroba had not yet finished school.

He wasn't in a hurry; he just waited by the school gate, playing on his phone.

After waiting for more than ten minutes, the bell rang to signal the end of get out of class.

A little while later, Kōyū saw Kuroba Kaito and Nakamori Aoko walk out of the school gate.

"Kaito, I'm here."

Hearing the sound, Kaito Kuroba turned around and looked back.

I spotted Guangyou leaning against the wall, having just put his phone away.

"You're here so early?" Kaito Kuroba said, somewhat surprised.

He thought Guangyou would come to his house later and wait for him.

I didn't expect him to come directly to the school to wait for him.

"I had nothing to do after school, so I came over first," Guangyou said as he walked towards him.

"Good afternoon, Kōyū!" Nakamori Aoko greeted Kōyū with a smile.

"Good afternoon, Aoko-neechan," Mitsuyoshi replied with a smile.

Kaito Kuroba, standing to the side, suddenly felt a sense of anticipation.

But Guangyou didn't do as he wished; without even a greeting, he shouted directly:

"Kaito, let's go. Let's go to your house first and put your schoolbag and stuff away."

"OK."

He agreed first, and then Kaito Kuroba asked Kousuke:

"But before you go, isn't there something you haven't done?"
