Chapter 1212 Conan's Dangerous Ideas

After shopping with him for so long, he was getting a little hungry.

I don't know how these two people manage to get more and more energetic the more they walk around.

"Okay, that's fine." Guangyou checked the time and asked, "What do you guys want to eat?"

He said he wanted to treat Kaito Kuroba to dinner, but he hadn't actually decided what to eat because he has a serious problem with making choices.

"Let's just walk around and see what happens. We'll eat at whichever restaurant we find." Kaito Kuroba was too lazy to make a choice.

“I’m fine with either.” Nakamori Aoko had no objections.

She waved her small fist, seemingly with a fierce expression, but actually said in a rather cute way:

"We must make Kaito bleed profusely today."

"It's his fault for always teasing me."

Kaito Kuroba, of course, had no objection to this.

"Eat as much as you want, all the high-end ingredients are available for you to choose from, as much as you want."

He added in his mind:

"Anyway, I'm not the one paying."

He looked down at Kōyū, who was also looking at him because of what Nakamori Aoko had said.

At this moment, Kaito Kuroba's face practically screamed "gloating."

Guangyou certainly knew why he did this.

But so what?

Putting aside whether Nakamori Aoko would actually order expensive dishes because Kuroba Kaito often teases her.

Even if you do order it, it's no big deal.

How much will the three of them eat today?

The bar's half-day profit is definitely enough to cover the costs.

If that doesn't work, then it's just one day's profit.

Don't ask, the answer is simply that I'm not short of money.

Having understood the meaning behind Kaito Kuroba's expression, Kousuke shrugged at him, indicating that he didn't care.

"Hehehe..." Kaito Kuroba chuckled a few times, then whispered to Kouyu, "If you call me 'Kaito-nii' (older brother Kaito), I'll save you some money."

"What are you dreaming about in broad daylight?" Guangyou glanced at him but did not answer.

He didn't want to expose himself because Nakamori Aoko was around.

Now that it's just him and Kaito Kuroba talking, he can't possibly call him "brother."

If we have to be precise, Kaito Kuroba should call him "brother".

After rejecting Kaito Kuroba, Kousuke said again:

"What's the point of saving money? Eat whatever you want, as much as you want."

"Don't try to save me money."

Compared to his life, what is a meal?

Even the most expensive gourmet food can't compare.

"You said it." Kaito Kuroba thought Kouyu was faking it.

“Yes, I said it.” Kōyū nodded in response.

"Then I won't stand on ceremony," Kaito Kuroba asked again.

"Yes, don't mention it," Guangyou replied.

...

They said they wanted to make Guangyou bleed profusely.

But in reality, Kaito Kuroba did not do that.

Nakamori Aoko, who wanted to make Kuroba Kaito bleed a lot, did not do so.

The cost of this dinner was within the normal range.

After having eaten and drunk his fill, Guangyou prepared to say goodbye to the others and return to Beika Town.

"Come visit again sometime!" Nakamori Aoko waved goodbye to Kouyu in front of the station.

"Okay!" Guangyou nodded and waved goodbye to the two of them.

Kaito Kuroba couldn't wave because he was carrying something in his hand.

I simply said to Guangyou:

See you next time!

"Okay." Kōyū said to the two of them, "You can come to Beika Town when you have time. I will treat you well then."

"Then wouldn't that mean I could get another free meal?" Kaito Kuroba suddenly realized this.

"Kaito, what did you just say?" Nakamori Aoko seemed to have heard Kuroba Kaito say something about "mooching another meal".

"It's nothing," Kaito Kuroba chuckled, brushing it off.

After saying goodbye to the two again, Kwang-yu walked into the station and disappeared from their sight.

After Kōyū left, Kōto Kuroba and Aōko Nakamori also turned around and walked back.

...

After taking the train back to Beika Town, Kōyū didn't go to find Ai, but went straight back to his office.

The Mori uncle, wearing a shirt, sat cross-legged at the table reading a newspaper.

Upon seeing Guangyou come in carrying things, he asked:

"Kuangyou, what did you buy?"

"So much stuff."

"I just bought some clothes," Guangyou said, raising his hand. "I also bought a thicker coat for my uncle."

"You even bought it for me?" Uncle Mori was a little surprised.

“Yes.” Guangyou nodded. “The temperature has been fluctuating a lot lately, so I bought one.”

"Why don't you use your money yourself?" Uncle Mori put down his newspaper and said to Kōyū with a frown.

He thought Guangyou had bought it for him with his allowance.

Guangyou didn't pay much attention, saying:

"Money is meant to be used, after all."

"I don't usually have many expenses."

"It's no big deal to buy Uncle some clothes."

Upon hearing these words, Uncle Mori blinked his slightly hot eyes, but still appeared somewhat displeased as he said:

"You little rascal."

"I'll take this dress."

"From now on, you can save your allowance and use it as you see fit. You don't need to buy any gifts."

"Oh." Kwang-woo didn't take his words to heart.

He carried his shopping bags towards Uncle Mori's room, greeting him before entering:

"Uncle, I've put my things in your room."

"Hmm," Uncle Mori said, looking down at his newspaper without turning his head.

After putting away the things he bought for Uncle Mori, Kōyū carried the rest of the things toward Ran's room.

He also bought Xiaolan a coat and a scarf.

Similarly, Xiaolan was delighted and touched to know that Guangyou had prepared something for her.
