Gin was also dumbfounded. He had only gone out for a meal today and hadn't done anything wrong, yet he had gotten into trouble. Gin saw a reflection of himself in Kōyū, and the killing intent in him was even stronger than his own. Gin cursed under his breath, but he didn't surrender. He picked up his gun, raised his hand, and fired a shot.
You won? Then you definitely didn't win.
The scene remained tense for a long time, with no sound around them except for the two people's soft breathing, which was so soft that it would be inaudible to anyone who wasn't trained.
Gin, seeing Vodka opening the car not far away, didn't want to stay stuck there any longer. He slipped out of cover and rolled to dodge Kōyū's two shots. However, Kōyū's marksmanship was obviously very accurate. Although he missed one shot, Kōyū knocked the pistol out of Gin's hand.
Gin glanced at the gun not far away, a surge of anger rising within him towards Kousuke. He roared, "You dwarf, watch out! You better watch out so you don't fall into my hands!"
Guangyou chuckled, then said in a hoarse voice, "Hmph! What can your Raven Organization do to me? Laughable."
Although it seemed that Kōyū had the upper hand, he had been preoccupied with the incident and had stopped training for a while. The recoil of the M1911A1 was not small either. Kōyū shook his hand, leaned out of the wall, and fired two shots at Gin's hiding place. One shot hit Gin's hat that he accidentally exposed, and the other shot missed because he couldn't control the recoil.
After hearing the voice, Gin looked at Vodka, who had already driven over, smiled, and said to Kōyū, "Hey, you only have one bullet left! I admit defeat this time, but next time I'll make you regret it."
Upon hearing this, Kōyū said, "Hmph, I'm used to taking leftovers home. Wasting food is wrong, Gin?"
Gin was also puzzled as to why Kousuke knew his codename, and asked, "Are you one of Shuichi Akai's bastards?"
Kwang-yu continued in a hoarse voice, "They're not enough to make me, a shark, do what I want!"
Upon hearing the name "Shark," Gin seemed to recall something, even though it was the first time he'd heard it. He then turned to Kouyu and said, "Shark? You're not one of those bastards, are you?"
When Kōyū heard Gin's words, he was puzzled and thought, "Shark" was my code name in my previous life. Could there really be an organization that is named after an animal?
However, Kou didn't show any abnormality and continued to confront Gin. He had only encountered Gin by chance today and hadn't made sufficient preparations. This was just a simple exchange, and since both sides knew they couldn't defeat each other, there was no intense fighting.
As Kōyū and Gin listened to the car engine, they each had their own thoughts. Kōyū knew he couldn't do anything to Gin today, and Gin wasn't stupid either. He didn't think he could kill Kōyū with a single shot, so he said, "I'll let you off this time, but next time, it won't be so simple!"
Gin quickly opened the car door next to him, jumped into the car, and the car started immediately. Kōyū raised his hand and fired the last bullet. The whistling bullet quickly passed through the car window and hit Gin's arm.
In reality, Kousuke was just venting his frustration at being unable to do anything about Gin, but he didn't expect it to work. He secretly made a V sign and then turned and left the scene.
Passersby who heard the gunshots called the police, who arrived at the scene shortly after both Kōyū and Gin had left.
Back at the agency, after dinner, a bewildered Conan was pulled into a room by Kouyu.
Kōyū rubbed his chin and said, "I fought Gin today, the crow guy who fed you the drug back then."
Hearing this, Conan was clearly excited and pulled Mitsuyu aside to ask, "And then what happened?"
Guangyou shrugged helplessly and said, "My child's body couldn't do anything to him. I only managed to shoot through one of his arms, but he's still pretty tough."
Conan calmed down and said, "One arm? Overall, it's alright."
Conan patted Kouyu on the shoulder and said very seriously, "Kouyu, thank you!"
For a moment, Guangyou had never seen him thank him so earnestly before. His heart stirred slightly, and he smiled to indicate that it was nothing.
The two looked at each other for a moment and then laughed at the same time.
