The students, leaving school, greeted each other. Guangyou, with a smile on his face, jogged out of the school gate. Remembering that Ai had agreed to their date that evening, he couldn't stop smiling.
Back at the office, Kōyū changed into the black sweater Ai had given him, tidied himself up in front of the mirror, and straightened his collar: "As expected, I am flawless."
After saying hello to Ran, Kousuke went out to pick up Ai from Professor Agasa's house. Along the way, Kousuke felt that everything looked much better. The flowers by the roadside seemed more vibrant, and even the stinky dog poop under the telephone pole looked much more presentable.
"Ai, let's go!"
Guangyou took a deep breath to calm his pounding heart. When he saw the door slowly open, he straightened his collar again and put on what he thought was his brightest smile, but then the smile froze instantly.
"Doctor, are you getting ready to go out?"
Dr. Agasa, still wearing his white lab coat, stroked his beard and said, "A company wants me to go check it out. If I become a millionaire, I'll treat you to a nice meal!"
Watching Professor Agasa walk out the door, Kōyū sighed, "Oh dear, that damn professor, all that feeling I was just building up is gone."
Are you calling me?
The calm voice, as always, made Guangyou's heart, which had just calmed down, start pounding like a deer again. He turned to look at Ai standing at the door, and Ai's outfit made Guangyou stare in amazement.
Today, Ai wore the white sweater that Kousuke gave her. The long sweater reached above Ai's knees, and a simple pair of jeans perfectly showed off Ai's leg shape.
Kōyū also noticed that Ai was wearing light makeup today, which made her already delicate face even more perfect.
A blush crept onto Ai's face as she was stared at, and she fidgeted a little, saying, "What? Does it look bad? I'll go back and change it."
Upon hearing this, Kōyū quickly stepped forward and took Ai's hand: "How could that be? Come on, let's eat first!"
Tickets go on sale at 8 p.m., which is still some time before the show starts. Having dinner together is an essential part of a date for two people.
Along the way, Kousuke kept telling Ai jokes. When Ai saw that Kousuke was wearing the sweater she had knitted, a smile inadvertently appeared on her face when Kousuke wasn't paying attention.
The concert was held in a theater in Tokyo, which gave Kwang-yu many more restaurant options. The two chose a restaurant near the theater and had a simple yet elegant meal.
The two ate slowly and chatted while eating. Although Ai mostly listened and Kousuke did most of the talking, they both knew that the other enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.
At 7:10 p.m., Kōyū and Ai left the restaurant and went to the theater. Kōyū took out his tickets and handed them to the ticket collector.
Unexpectedly, after looking at the tickets and glancing at Guangyou and his companion, the ticket inspector bent down and said, "Excuse me, little friends, you must be accompanied by an adult here."
"What?" Guangyou took the ticket and indeed found a note on it stating that children must be accompanied by a parent.
Kōyū wanted to say something more, but Ai tugged at his hand. Kōyū turned his head in confusion and saw Ai pointing in the direction of the employee passage. He then smiled and said, "That's right, we have tickets too, so it's not against the rules."
After looking around and making sure no one was watching them, the two quietly slipped in through the employee entrance.
"Children, who are you?"
Just as Guangyou and Xiaoai were passing by the restroom, they heard a pleasant female voice. They turned around and saw a long-haired girl in a white dress looking at them curiously.
"Isn't that the lead singer of that band?" Kōyū recognized the girl. The girl in front of the restroom was none other than Noriko Takehara, the lead singer and lead guitarist of the band in this concert.
To be honest, this band is very popular among young people recently, but Guangyou hadn't looked into it before. This was the first time he had seen the band in person. He had only recognized them before because their images were on his concert tickets.
As for why the two of them came even though they didn't know the band, the reason is simple: Guangyou didn't come to listen to the music, but simply for the atmosphere of the two of them participating in the event together.
Noriko Takehara glanced at the tickets in Mitsuyu's hand and her eyes lit up: "You guys are here for our band's concert too?"
Guangyou nodded repeatedly: "Mmm-hmm."
"There's still a while before it's over, why don't you go sit in our lounge first!" Noriko Takehara seemed to have guessed why Mitsuyu and the other two were here, and covered her mouth with a smile.
The two arrived at the band's dressing room. The other members in the dressing room were a little surprised to see two children come in, but they didn't ask anything. One of the men, who was a bit chubby, patted the sofa and said, "Come sit here."
Seeing this, Guangyou nodded: "He's not at all pretentious."
It is truly remarkable that a young band, currently enjoying immense popularity, can maintain such a calm and composed attitude in the face of fame and fortune.
Next, the group introduced the band members: lead guitarist Noriko Takehara, backing guitarist Shoichi Kawamoto, drummer Atsuya Fukai, bassist Moe Hayakawa, keyboardist Sora Ishimaru, and the band's manager Rin Iwaki.
The youngest is Noriko Takehara, who just turned 18 this year, and the oldest is Rin Iwaki, who is 23. The rest are between 19 and 20 years old. It has to be said that this band, composed of young people, is full of youthful vigor, and it is no wonder that such a band can become popular.
The two sat on the sofa watching the band members joke and tease each other, and Guangyou couldn't help but sigh, "This atmosphere is really nice."
"Hey little brother, are you and this little sister a couple?" Hayakawa Moe asked curiously with her round eyes.

Mitsuyu's answer made Hayakawa Moe laugh out loud, and then she patted Mitsuyu's head: "That's so nice, such a pretty little girl."
The unexpected praise made Ai's smiling face blush slightly.
"Mengmeng, why don't you go play with your Kongkong instead!" Noriko Takehara came over to help Guangyou and the other two out of the predicament.
"Hehehe!" Hayakawa Moe made a face at Takehara Noriko, then hopped and skipped to sit next to Ishimaru Sora, her face beaming with happiness.
