About an hour later, Guangyou came to the living room and said, "Dinner's ready, everyone."
The people in the living room were chatting happily when they heard Guangyou's greeting. They nodded reluctantly. Professor Agasa stood up and twisted his body a couple of times: "Let's go, this kid's cooking is very good."
Yuan Tai was the most anxious. His stomach was already empty. As he got closer, the aroma made his mouth water, and he started running forward.
Upon seeing the dishes on the table, Shino exclaimed, "They're really good!"
Kōyū shrugged helplessly: "There's nothing I can do. We don't have many ingredients left. This is all we have. But luckily, we still have an eel. We made an eel rice bowl for points. Genta will love it the most."
Genta was already seated, fidgeting and looking at the fragrant eel rice in front of him. He had swallowed his saliva many times, but the manners his mother had taught him forced him to suppress his desire.
"Alright, Genta, you can eat." Kōyū waved his hand and said.
After thanking him, Genta scooped up a large spoonful of rice and put it in his mouth, exclaiming, "Delicious!"
The atmosphere of the meal was alright. We ate and chatted, listening to the interesting stories between Kano and Shino. Overall, it was quite nice.
As for the engagement party, the two of them plan to go back and discuss it with their parents, and then invite a few people to attend.
After finishing their meal, Ghana took over the cleanup. The group rested for a while before heading home, as it was getting late.
