Ayumi frowned and touched her stomach, replying, "Yeah, I've been waiting for so long, I'm starving!"
"Then let's have Professor Agasa wait here, and we'll go to the parking lot to find him."
Mitsuhiko's suggestion was agreed upon by Conan, and Professor Agasa stayed behind to avoid the awkward situation of James arriving right after they left.
"what's on your mind?"
Seeing Ai looking preoccupied, Kōyū asked, somewhat puzzled.
"I was thinking about that person from earlier. I have a feeling he's not someone to be trifled with."
To be honest, Ai's intuition is exceptionally accurate.
There was no need to hide this from her. Guangyou nodded and said, "He is not simple, but you don't need to worry. He won't do anything to us. It was just an accident that he ran into us this time. Don't worry."
With Kōyū's repeated reassurances, Ai's doubts lessened somewhat.
It wasn't that she was afraid; when she saw the man named James, she just felt that he was no ordinary person.
As for whether he was a member of the organization, she was certain he wasn't; she didn't sense that nauseating aura emanating from him.
There aren't many parking lots near the animal show area. Besides the one Guangyou just went to, there's probably only one other parking lot left nearby.
After arriving at the parking lot, the group split up to look for James, who hadn't returned to his car in a year.
"I've found it, Mr. James's car!"
After searching for a while, Mitsuhiko suddenly pointed to a car and shouted loudly to the group.
There was a Leon doll in front of the driver's seat of that car.
If it weren't for these relatively obvious features, finding James' rented car in this parking lot would be like a fairy tale.
James wasn't in the car; the door was open, and the keys were still in the ignition.
Just like in Guangyou's memory.
He looked at the car and felt sorry for the robber. Even though Conan didn't solve the case later, he still had his own abilities and Shuichi behind him.
Those robbers are really something, trying to steal some money by robbing the FBI.
Are you looking for someone?
A little boy holding a soccer ball walked out from the side and said to the group.
"If you're looking for a bearded foreigner, he and two uncles in coats went in that direction."
Guangyou wasn't interested in where James went; he wasn't going to die anyway.
He was curious to know who taught these kids to play football in the parking lot.
Are you really that carefree?
Or is it that glass is cheap now, allowing these kids to build as much as they want?
However, what made Guangyou feel gratified was that these children were able to take the initiative to talk about what they had just seen.
There's still hope if it doesn't get to a certain extent.
Conan suddenly realized something and ran straight towards the spot the child had pointed to.
It was a narrow path, not very long, and there wasn't a single piece of clutter in it.
After following along calmly, Kōyū saw Conan pick up a Leon cell phone charm from the ground.
Guangyou recalled for a moment and said, "I remember Mr. James said he was originally going to meet someone else. Could it be that someone is coming to pick him up?"
"No, he must be in some trouble. He wouldn't have left his phone charm in his inside coat pocket here."
Guangyou pretended not to know anything and proceeded to reason seriously.
“I agree with Guangyou’s statement.”
Conan straightened up and displayed the phone charm to everyone: "Look, what's written on this?"
The P, '&', and finally the A on the phone pendant were all painted with blood and made quite conspicuous.
& usually means AND, and together they read PANDA, which means panda.
Of those present, apart from Guangyou who seemed to have been given a cheat code, the rest were still somewhat bewildered.
"He may have wanted to convey some message through this pendant."
"Kidnapping?"
"What Guangyou said is not impossible. We need to call the police first. Our resources are still somewhat insufficient."
Conan made a quick decision and led the group to find the nearby police.
The police officers nearby were two young men. After listening to the people's stories, they didn't show anything on their faces.
But deep down, I still don't quite believe these kids in front of me.
This attitude pushed Yuan Tai, who already had little patience, to the point that he yelled at the two of them, "Haven't I said it several times already! There's a foreigner with glasses and a beard who might have been kidnapped!"
“But none of you saw this foreigner being kidnapped with your own eyes,” one of the young policemen wearing glasses replied with a sense of helplessness.
"But if we saw it with our own eyes, would we just stand by and watch? There were plenty of passersby nearby!"
Guangyou was also baffled by the logic of the two policemen in front of him.
Does not seeing someone being kidnapped mean it's not a kidnapping?
"Enmnm, besides that, finding so many foreigners who meet your requirements is very difficult."
A slightly overweight young police officer next to the bespectacled man was speechless for a moment before speaking.
"Just look for Randy Hawke; that guy looks a lot like Randy Hawke."
After thinking for a moment, Kōyū said, "I think we should ask Takagi and the others."
"Hey, where did my detective badge go?"
Ayumi rummaged through her pockets and said, "I just showed it to Mr. James."
"It seems I've put the detective's armband on Mr. James."
Conan smiled and said, "That's great. I'll check his location now."
