The people behind him, although they were in the same tour group as the deceased and were supposedly good friends online, showed no concern for his death and continued to make sarcastic remarks.
Just then, Heiji and Conan walked over.

Heiji took out a plastic bag containing a lighter.
The moment he took out the lighter, the group of people who came with him recognized it as Fire Man's lighter.

Just as Officer Otaki mentioned that there was a dragon character on the scroll, the members of the tour group behind him showed shock, along with a hint of greed.
Inspector Otaki picked up a ceramic shard from the items and frowned: "What's this?"
Upon seeing the fragment, Kazuha seemed to remember something and tentatively asked, "Could this fragment be that one?"
