At 10 p.m., just as the nightlife was beginning, Kōyū got off the yacht and parted ways with Kaito.
The number of pedestrians on the street had not decreased; some were already drunk, while others were walking hand in hand.
This is especially true in the bar street, which is currently experiencing a peak season.
Each bar's entrance was illuminated with colorful lights, and every few seconds, couples would emerge from the bars.
The scene in front of the Lavender Bar is different; warm lights illuminate the bar's entrance.
Guangyou pushed open the door and entered. There were indeed fewer customers in the quiet bar than in the noisy bar, especially at night.
There were few people, but the atmosphere was excellent.
Guangyou found Chengshi and handed her the wooden box: "It's all taken care of. You can give it to those people later."
Chengshi put the box aside, rested her elbow on the table, and propped her chin up: "By the way, the suggestion you mentioned has been put on the agenda."
"So fast?"
Guangyou was somewhat surprised; things were going so smoothly, which was beyond his expectations.
Cheng Shi nodded and explained, "Money still plays a big role, and they have very good appetites."
"If they are hard to satisfy, let them pack their bags and leave."
Guangyou didn't feel obligated to spend money to support a group of people who didn't fit his plans. He turned his head and said to Chengshi, "I'll give you a vacation next month, a whole month. Go out and have some fun. We'll start the transformation when you come back later."
Cheng Shi raised an eyebrow, a smile appearing on her pretty face. She stretched, and the fitted blazer curved in the movement, revealing her curves like undulating mountains—a truly beautiful sight.
Chengshi poured herself a glass of red wine. "A long-awaited holiday? I'm going to Hawaii for a visit."
"Whatever you want, I'll reimburse all expenses."
Guangyou is always more generous to his own people.
"Long live the boss!"
Cheng Shi made a pretentious shout.
Guangyou tapped the table and asked, "Are there any rooms available here?"
"What? You're homeless?"
After taking a sip of her drink, Chengshi said, "I'll take you to my house after the bar closes."
Guangyou felt slightly embarrassed after hearing this, and was about to say something when Chengshi spoke up first: "Don't worry, even if you're like this now, I wouldn't be interested."
The bar closes at midnight, or more precisely, 11:30, leaving 30 minutes for cleaning up.
By 11:10, most of the guests had already left.
At 11:40, Guangyou had already helped the waiters tidy up the bar.
After confirming that there were no problems, Chengshi closed the bar door.
...
After spending the night on the sofa in Narumi's apartment and having breakfast prepared by Narumi, Kwangyu left her apartment to return to his agency.
There was no one in the office. There was a note on the table, which Guangyou glanced at.
It's roughly about Uncle Mori taking Conan and the others to Kumamoto Prefecture to participate in a charity tennis tournament called the Land of Fire. They won't be back for three or four days, and the date is today.
After leaving the note, Kōyū pushed open the door and went to Professor Agasa's house.
When I rang Professor Agasa's doorbell, it took him quite a while to open the door.
"Kuyou? Are you looking for Ai? She went with Ayumi and the others to participate in some kind of Fire Country Tennis Tournament."
Professor Agasa's mouth was greasy, and there was some ketchup on his beard.
Kōyū nodded, then looked at Professor Agasa and said, "Professor, Ai isn't home, you're being very indulgent."
As he spoke, he leaned closer and sniffed Professor Agasa's clothes: "Pizza, fries, and a Sichuan hot pot smell?"
Professor Agasa chuckled awkwardly and explained, "Take a break now and then, don't worry about these little details. Want to come over? It's on me."
Kōyū waved his hand and said, "No need, I'll go to Kumamoto to find Ai."
Seeing this, Professor Agasa didn't try to stop him. After chatting for a bit, he went back to enjoy his feast.
There weren't many people on the plane to Kumamoto Prefecture, especially in the business class where Kouyu was sitting; there were only four or five people in the entire cabin.
Two hours later, Guangyou had arrived at Kumamoto Prefecture, the birthplace of Kumamon in his previous life.
Kumamoto Prefecture is located at the western end of Japan, in the center of Kyushu Island.
It also has another name, the Land of Fire, which is also the origin of the name of that tennis tournament.
On the plane, Kōyū thought that something unexpected might happen during his trip to Kumamoto.
"It seems like Xiaolan is going to be kidnapped."
Kōyū, stroking his chin, walked out of Kumamoto Airport. "Where was the kidnapping location again?"
"It seems to be in Aso City, I think it's tomorrow."
It's only 1:30 PM, and Guangyou wants to go to a nearby noodle shop to eat a bowl of Kumamoto ramen, also known as pork bone ramen.
After randomly picking a restaurant on the street, Guangyou went in and ordered.
A bowl of pork bone ramen costs only 300 yen, which is about 20 yuan. In Japan, where prices are inflated, this price is considered very affordable and cheap.
The shop's decor wasn't particularly luxurious; each wooden table was separated by a bamboo screen, and the air was filled with the aroma of pork bone soup.
After waiting a short while, an elderly woman who was only 1.5 meters tall placed a bowl of ramen in front of Guangyou's table.
In addition to the ramen, Kōyū ordered an extra serving of char siu, and he also went to choose some oden.
Looking at the large piece of char siu on his ramen, Guangyou remarked, "This piece of char siu is probably enough for a dozen servings of ramen from a certain state."
The bowl of ramen looks quite luxurious. In addition to four very prominent pieces of char siu, there are also corn kernels, shredded green onions, and a soft-boiled egg on top.
