Guangyou pinched his chin and stood on the sidewalk thinking for a while, but only for a short time. Unable to come up with a solution, he gave up on thinking about the problem.
He wasn't attracted to the cute girl or anything; he just felt a sense of familiarity and was curious.

Guangyou scratched his head awkwardly and quickly patted his pockets.
He found only a 1,000 yuan bill and two or three 50-yuan coins in his pocket.
There was no way to withdraw money right now, so after thinking for a moment, Guangyou handed the shopkeeper a 1,000 yuan note and said, "Keep the change. I'm really sorry about what happened earlier."

The shopkeeper smiled and handed the gift bag to Guangyou, saying, "Little friend, here, consider this something you bought with the 340 yen."
Guangyou took the gift bag without even looking at what was inside, thanked the shop owner, and then left the jewelry store.
After leaving the jewelry store, Guangyou rejoined the crowd of shoppers, his destination being Mingmei Apartments.
Before that, he had to go to the market to buy some vegetables.

"Kuangyou, right? He'll be here soon."
Upon hearing the doorbell, Akemi, who was chatting with Ai on the sofa, stopped talking, got up, went to the door, and opened it.
As soon as she opened the door, Akemi saw Kōyū carrying groceries and couldn't help but tease him, "Hey, Kōyū, are you here to cook, or are you here to freeload?"
Guangyou shrugged helplessly and said, "Sister Mingmei, can you let me in first?"

Guangyou entered the house and put the groceries in the kitchen, while leaving the gift bags in the living room.
It's 4:12 PM now. I've calculated that it'll be about time to eat once I finish cooking.
So Guangyou greeted the two people in the living room, and then went into the kitchen to prepare dinner.
Akemi pointed to the gift bag on the dining table and asked, "Shiho, what do you think is in this bag?"
Ai glanced at it, then turned back to watching TV and said, "I don't know."
Aren't you curious?
Akemi got up, took the gift bag, and waved it in front of Ai. "Aren't you curious?"
Ai shook her head, her gaze still fixed on the television program: "What's there to be curious about? You'll find out sooner or later."
Mingmei nodded, put the gift bag on the sofa, and stood up, saying, "I'm going to the restroom."
"Bang"
The bathroom door closed. Ai turned her head to look at the gift bag that was placed on the sofa, which was within easy reach, then turned back to look at the TV and murmured, "I'll find out sooner or later anyway, why worry about it now?"
After a few seconds, she glanced at the gift bag out of the corner of her eye, then turned back to her: "I'll find out sooner or later anyway, so it shouldn't be a problem to find out earlier, right?"
"No, it won't be surprising if I see it."
Ai shook her head, trying to shake the thought out of her mind, but her eyes kept involuntarily glancing at the gift bag.
After hesitating for a few seconds, Ai took the gift bag and muttered to herself, "Just one glance, just one glance..."
She opened the gift bag and took out what was inside.
The moment Xiao Ai saw this thing, she was overwhelmed with thoughts. She hesitated for a moment and said, "No way."
After confirming again, Ai's tone was somewhat surprised: "She's quite pretty, but I don't think he meant that..."
Hearing the noise coming from the bathroom, Ai put the items back into the gift bag and returned the gift bag to its original place.
Ai turned her head away, pretending she was still watching TV.
Akemi sat back on the sofa, looked at Ai's expression, and asked, "Did you peek?"
Ai retorted, "No, he'll give it to me sooner or later, why should I look at it?"
Akemi raised an eyebrow at Ai and asked meaningfully, "You really didn't watch it?"
"I saw it." Knowing she was in the wrong, Ai added weakly, "Anyway, this thing is for me."
Mingmei asked curiously, "What is it? Can you tell your older sister?"
Ai thought for a moment, then whispered a few words in Akemi's ear.
A smile gradually appeared on Akemi's face. After Ai finished speaking, she looked at Ai and asked, "Not that type, right?"
Ai nodded: "It's not a flower ring, it's a diamond-like ring with rhinestones set in it."
