Ai is carrying the gift bag that Kousuke gave her, while Kousuke is holding her other hand, and Kousuke is carrying the things he bought while shopping in his other hand.

As soon as Mitsuyoshi pushed open the door to Professor Agasa's house, he heard Conan's wicked laughter.
"Of course, did anything happen while I was away?"
Ignoring the sarcasm in Conan's words, Kōyū put the gift bag on the sofa and plopped down on it.
“It’s very quiet.” Conan stroked his chin and looked at Kousuke suspiciously until Kousuke felt a little uneasy before he spoke, “I have a feeling that what you called the Grim Reaper’s Body is you.”
Guangyou retorted, "Nonsense, believe it or not, something will happen in a few days, even if I'm not there."
"Bang!"
Just as the two were arguing, a loud bang suddenly rang out, accompanied by thick smoke.
Then, a chubby figure emerged from the smoke.

Kouyu and Conan were already used to the explosion; Professor Agasa's experiments always seemed to produce this kind of result.
Even Ai Haibara just sat next to Kousuke reading a book, so calmly that she didn't even turn her head.
