"The child fell!"
Some of the girls present covered their eyes with their hands. Even though some of them were medical staff, they still did not want to see what was about to happen.
Some people covered their faces, unable to continue watching; some shook their heads and sighed; and others attributed the incident to the amusement park and the robber.
They're not wrong. If the Ferris wheel in the park hadn't been of poor quality, and if that robber hadn't been so ruthless, this wouldn't have happened.
The onlookers were very agitated, but Guangyou, the person involved, remained very calm.
Kōyū forced a smile and looked at Ai with gentle eyes.
"I'm glad you're alright."
He no longer had the strength to open his mouth, so he couldn't say those words.
Images suddenly flashed before his eyes, like a slideshow.
Although the speed was fast, Guangyou could see it very clearly.
Each image represents a memory.
These memories are usually hidden in some corner of my mind, but at this moment they seem to be summoned and come rushing out.
He found himself seemingly becoming a spectator, forced to obediently watch the memories replay before his eyes.
To be honest, he doesn't like being an audience member, because he is the protagonist of this movie called "Memories," and the more he watches it, the more reluctant he is to let it go.
But looking at things now, there's no use being reluctant, since in the end we're all going to die anyway.
Guangyou just hopes that when he falls, he will die gracefully, and not just end up as a pile of minced meat.
Oh, right, he also hoped that he wouldn't hit the ground headfirst when he fell.
Otherwise, he would lose his handsome face, which would be such a pity.
Although hitting your head first might reduce the pain, falling from this height probably wouldn't make much difference.
"I don't think I said anything last words, what a pity."
Kōyū also wanted to have a beautiful ending after his death, such as having Ai scatter his ashes into the sea and let him drift in the boundless ocean.
Or perhaps you could learn a cheesy pickup line and say something like, "If you encounter danger, send me out so I can protect you one last time."
The idea had barely popped into his head when Guangyou rejected it outright. It was just too damn stupid.
Since ancient times, no one has escaped death; whether one dies sooner or later, death is inevitable.
A modified version of the sentence popped into Guangyou's mind. In fact, that's what he was thinking too. Anyway, he'd die in a few decades when he reached the age of 100.
Moreover, he didn't even know if he himself would live to see that day.
That's what they say...
"But I'm really unwilling to accept it."
Guangyou gave a bitter smile to himself; no one would be able to let go of something like this so quickly.
After all, it took a lot of effort for them to come into this world!
"Can you revive me once?"
Looking up at the vast starry sky, Guangyou sighed inwardly, "If all else fails, I can start over."
"However, she wouldn't be the same person she is now by then..."
Thinking of this, Guangyou suddenly chuckled to himself, "Anyway, it's impossible."
He thought that it wouldn't be bad to start over from the moment he came into this world.
Upon closer reflection, he suddenly felt a little reluctant to do it this way. It would be nice to start over; at least he would survive and still be able to meet Ai.
But by then, will Ai still be Ai?
They have the same name, look the same, and have almost the same personality.
But Kōyū felt that the Ai he knew now was not the Ai he knew now, and for some reason, a sense of unease arose in his heart.
"He seems a bit sentimental."
Guangyou's eyes sparkled with dazzling stars, yet they couldn't hide his dim gaze. "Since I'm going to die anyway, let me be willful this once."
"My plan hasn't been implemented yet."
Guangyou regretted it a little. Why did he have to wait for a good opportunity? If he had said it earlier, he wouldn't have had any regrets.
Now look what happened, the plan wasn't even implemented before the person died.
"I'm still very unwilling to accept it."
Kwang-yu looked on with a wistful expression, thinking to himself, "I haven't had enough of her sandwiches yet..."
Recalling the taste of the sandwich, Guangyou suddenly felt as if she had actually eaten a sandwich made by her, her mouth filled with the aroma of blueberries and butter.
The wind whistled past his ears. Kwang-yu closed his eyes, a relieved smile on his lips: "I hope she can live a good life."
"That being said, this feeling of falling is really uncomfortable."
...
Ai, who was climbing the rope ladder, watched helplessly as Kōyū fell forward. She instinctively reached out, but she couldn't even grab Kōyū's clothes.
Like a bolt from the blue, Ai's mind went completely blank.
"Guang...you..."
In Ai's imagination, the two of them have now been rescued, and Kōyō is sitting in the helicopter, boasting about how amazing he is and asking her for a reward.
She should just pretend to complain as usual, then quietly prepare a gift as a surprise, whether it's a meal, a small item, or leaving a light mark on his cheek when he's not looking.
Afterwards, Guangyou scratched his head and chuckled, while she turned her head away to avoid his direct gaze and said something that sounded like she disliked him.
But now, she is saved, while Guangyou has fallen.
Everything I had just imagined seemed like a shattered mirror, the image fragmented into pieces, finally turning into the scene of Guangyou falling down.
The image clenched her heart, and waves of pain washed over her.
