Upon seeing this name, Kōyū broke out in a cold sweat, but seeing Ai's interested expression, he said, "Okay, let's see that one."
The two went to the front desk to book tickets, but what the ticket seller said surprised Guangyou.
"What? They're sold out for this time slot?"
"Yes, kid, this movie is quite popular."
Guangyou clutched his chest: "So many people still watch this kind of movie. These people must be out of their minds."
The ticket seller smiled and asked, "Is a ticket for 10 o'clock okay?"
Kōyū looked at Ai, waiting for her answer.
But things didn't go as planned. Ai parted her cherry lips slightly and said, "Okay, ten o'clock is fine too."
Ai took the two tickets, looked at Kōyū's tearful expression, and teased, "What? Don't you like watching?"
Upon hearing this, Guangyou panicked even more and quickly waved his hand, saying, "There's no such thing as disliking someone. I really like Einstein."
"That's good."
Suddenly, a voice reached Kouyu's ears. The voice sounded familiar to him. He looked up and saw that it was Ran, who was wearing a red dress: "I just remembered that Ran-neechan and Conan were coming here to watch a movie."
Kōyū has never been comfortable calling Shinichi Kudo, because he's afraid of accidentally saying the wrong thing.
"Kuangyou, what are you doing here?"
"Well, that, um... how should I put it?"
Guangyou stammered and didn't know what to say.
Ran then noticed Ai beside her and teased, "Is Kousuke on a date with this cute little girl?!"
Upon hearing this, Guangyou's face turned bright red.
Ran chuckled and extended her hand: "You must be the Ai that Kousuke always talks about, right? My name is Ran Mouri, nice to meet you."
Ai Haibara extended her hand and shook hands with Ran: "Ai Haibara, nice to meet you."
